Bennett was useful and professional. He was knowledgeable and was able to promptly solve many issues we were having with our kitchen sink.

Angelo saved me from a $1200 repair on a backwater valve that another company wouldn't attempt to fix without digging up 4 feet of earth first. He was able to extract and replace the valve for less than 20% of the cost of the other companies' quote! I won't use any other plumber in Tucson from now on.

Fixed the leak and they were very polite and helpful. They also charged me a fair price for their services. Awesome service!

UPDATE: After my previous review a gentleman by the name of Dilon contacted me the next day and rescheduled an appointment for 2 days later asking ne to let them make it right. I agreed and today was my appointment. I received a call from Kevin indicating a technician was on his way. The technician Elias was very professional and personable. I am very satisfied with the service and will be considering the yearly protection plan they offered. Way to go Goetll for the come back and gaining a future customer.Unfortunately I never got their service. I scheduled a rejuvenation for my ac and service was about 3 weeks out. This did not bother me one bit given our current situation. The day of the service finally came and I received a call an hour into my window stating that they are super behind due to warranty issues and repairs. They asked if they could reschedule for a discounted price and I asked them how long. They wanted to reschedule for another 3 weeks out. 6 weeks to have my AC serviced. Now that is ridiculous I said no and that I would just call a different company and all they said was ok and hung up the phone. I'm so disappointed because of all the good things I have heard.. Oh well guess it wasn't meant to be.

Anthony was quick and fair with a drain pipe clean out. Will use again, if needed.
