Be careful when shopping at this business. My wife and I bought a pair of dance shoes. My wife changed her mind and never took them out of the box. I attempted to reurn them and I was told there is no return on dance shoes even though they were never worn.

I reminded the sales associate that she told both of us that we could return them if they did not fit well. She claimed that she said we could return them for an exchange only. I told her that I did not remember her saying this.

I asked to speak to the owner and he refused to come out and talk me. The sales associate told me that I should have read the receipt (very small print) when I purchased the shoes.

The bottom line is that they did not care about customer satisfaction. The sales associate was extremely rude and uncaring.

I will never enter this store again.

I'm a renter and my landlord uses their services. This is the second year in a row that they have come out for annual maintenance and NOT performed said maintenance. My AC stopped working 2 days after they came and now I have to set aside my plans so I can wait for them to come and finish the job. They never even came inside the house to check the thermostat and filter yet they billed my landlord for exactly that. They billed her for the AC filter I replaced! They never came inside the house! Do yourself a favor and call around. Spend a little money and get a quality job done right, NOT Rite.

Prices are very high wouldn’t suggest for simple projects. They were there 45 minutes max and cost $314.

Unfortunately when I called for emergency service for a clogged toilet, I was told if there is more than 1 toilet in the house, it would have to wait until Monday (it is Sat morning). Even after explaining that the clogged toilet is the only toilet in the house that this elderly gentleman can use because he is very weak and frail and the other restrooms are too far away and not equipped for him to safely use, the response was the same-- wait until Monday. No logic here or compassion for an elderly person who cannot use his toilet. Sad.

I can’t say enough about this company. Top notch all the way. Jobe was very professional. Took time to explain the problem and the process to me and then proceeded to totally fix it. No more back up. Everything drains beautifully. Thank you thank you, Jobe!!

Travis installed a tankless water heater and did a full descaling of my sewer system for me and was a really good experience. I love my new unit. And now I don’t have to worry about my sewer. He was very clean, and knowledgeable. I will only use him for now on. Thanks Travis.

I called Anthony this morning, requesting service today on my exterior plumbing, which was leaking. The slow leak yesterday was bigger this morning, so I turned off the main water supply, hoping for a repair today. Anthony responded promptly and let me know that he would fit me in at the end of his day, which was mid-afternoon. He assessed the situation quickly, repaired it, and even improved the insulation on the nearby pipes as well. It was all for a reasonable price. He was efficient, professional, and is clearly a very kind person. I am new to the Ventana Vista area and I'm very pleased that I found Anthony. He gave me a list of all the types of work he can do, so I know I'll have more opportunities to enlist his services.
