5 Stars. On Tuesday 9/30/20, Anthony responded to my frantic call. The upstairs bathroom of our rental townhome has leaked and caused damage to the upstairs carper and downstairs bathroom ceiling, etc. Knight Owl Plumbing was recommended by one of our friends. Anthony was on site within the hour and worked until 9:30pm to perform of the needed repairs and was fair and reasonable in terms of cost. Couple of days later, I had handful of to do plumbing items at my home and he was very accommodating and worked around our schedule. Again, he was fair and reasonable. I recommended Knight Owl Plumbing to several of my close neighbors and I highly recommend them should you have plumbing needs.

Mr. Paul unglogged a major blockage in kitchen sink today. He also installed my new sink and disposal previously. He showed me my sewer lines with his camera and we discussed issues he idebtified.

This company is amazing!! They helped me over the phone with water heater issues. They are an honest company I would recommend them to anyone!

After purchasing our home we struggled with our water heater going out intermittently. Our home warranty company didn’t want to cover it initially and when they sent a contractor from another local plumbing company out they smashed the pilot light button a dozen times and then left us hanging with little communication. They got it running for about 3 months before it went out again. At that point we reached out to Curtis Plumbing to see if they could help. When Robert showed up he immediately identified the issue with some improperly placed ventilation that was allowing gusts of wind from the recent storms to blow right on the pilot light of the water heater knocking the hot water out. Robert was thorough in his explanations about how to move forward with not only resolving our issue but gave guidance on how to safely maintain it. We really appreciate all of his time and professionalism he extended to us. Compared to previous experiences with other plumbing outfits in town we felt truly taken care of and will happily call Curtis Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs. Thank you guys.

Kevin arrived when he said he would and gave us a comprehensive estimate for the type of service we needed. He gave us three options as well as the price ranges and warrantees. He was very professional. Patrick came out and did the work (after Kevin put a temporary fix on the immediate problem. Patrick was also courteous, a hard worker and very pleasant to work with. The work has been completed to our satisfaction and we highly recommend the company.

The office employees were very professional when asked for an appointment. Martha and Sammy went out of their way to assure me of their Company and commitment to getting an estimate and job done accurately and timely. My plumber, Joseph was very friendly and explained everything to me well. When there was an unforeseen problem, he and his office resolved the issue in the same day. My new hot water line is now working.

Serious racial discrimination! Very rude! I tried to find him to help me fix the sewer, because my English is not very good. When I tried to explain my sewer problem as hard as I could, he hung up my phone angrily! This is first time to write a review. So angry!!!!

My experience with Arco Plumbing was excellent as usual. We have been with this company for a few years and they are very accommodating and professional. My husband says his new shower faucet turns itself on just by looking at it! Great job Larry, as usual.
