Jared showed up on time, very professional, patient, and experienced. He replaced a leaky pipe quickly and doubled checked everything worked properly before he left. He even cleaned out the sediment that travelled through the line after he replaced the pipe. He was friendly, personable and very easy to talk to. He also answered all my questions and took the time to explain things to me. Well done, Jared! I am very happy with your work.

Awe full service, it's takin 3 weeks to remedy our sewer blockage and still have no toilets in our building, the communication sucks, promptness sucks, when told a day they would be there it never happens, this is not how to run a company.is this how you treat all customers? 4 days later and still have not got a price to complete the work that was started weeks ago.i just don't get it!!!!!!!!! My advice to anyone reading this is call someone else and pay the difference.

Very fast response, same day. Seemed to know how vent/drain connected and had all tools to do job. Went over and beyond to make sure done right. Also fixed my clean out pipe in front yard that was broke.
Will call again if need, also will call when ready to repipe my old house

Can not recommend Hydro Rooter and Plumbing enough. I live in an older home and I have a shower that drains extremely slow. I’ve tried a couple of other plumbers and the issue still persists after about a week. A friend recommended Hydro Rooter so I gave them a call, and Jake fixed the issue in no time! He explained what was going on with the drain and how he used a Hydro Jetter to clear the issue. It’s been over a month and my shower drain hasn’t clogged once! Jake did a great job fixing a leak under the slab with minimum disturbance. It involved some jackhammering but he cleaned up before he left and I am appreciative of that. My neighbor recommended Plumber Kings and I won’t be using anyone else. Thanks Jake, Chris, and Robert (who found the leak).

Anthony was very attentive and dedicated to his work, I've never seen anyone check his work three times. He was well dressed and presentable, explained what he was doing, showed me what he did and why. He also installed a water purification system under the sink. He put up with a little annoying dog that wanted to be petted nonstop. Very respectful and polite. I will not hesitate to call him again.

Mr. B is amazing... we have been having plumbing problems with our toilet for about a month now. We were dealing with another company for this problem. That other company could not fix the problem for us. Mr. B came right over and fixed the issue for us. I wish we would have just called him in the first place. I will definitely be recommend this company to family and friends.
