I hired BioRemedies to do a Video inspection on the sewer lines of the home my fiancé and I were in the process of purchasing. While this service is not part of the traditional home inspection we (and our realtor) felt that it was important to do for our peace of mind before finalizing the purchase. The company was prompt and efficient and Ken even followed up with me personally to let me know everything looked good! I highly recommend this service for new home buyers! The cost far outweighs the benefit should problems be found !

Another plumber said that the pipes under the house were all bad and needed replaced - for thousands of dollars and a week to trench the yard. I called Expert Plumbing for a second opinion. They inspected the pipes(which did not need to be replaced), cleared the lined of tree roots, put in a new clean out for 1/10th of the original estimate and were done in less than a day! I trust Expert Plumbers.

Family run business and very attentive. I had a running faucet that was losing a lot of water. Originally they weren't going to be able to get out till after the weekend but squeezed me in on a Friday morning. Very appreciative of their attention and good work. I can recommend without hesitation.
