When I first called, the dispatcher was courteous and professional, I received a follow up call from the technician confirming the issue and appointment time. I also received a text and email confirmation of the appointment and a heads text when the technician was on the way. Over all, outstanding service, fantastic rates and highly recommended this company!!!

We had this company out to our house in April to change the cartridge in a leaky shower. Six months later, the shower is leaking again and when we called the company, all we got from them was an, “Oh well. Your warranty was only good for 30 days.” Thirty days. This company takes no pride in their work and their plumbers do a terrible job. Six months after a repair, we shouldn’t have to call to have it repaired AGAIN. We gave Cummings an opportunity to make it right and they refused and wanted to charge us again to redo the repair—we called a different company to fix the problem. AVIOD THIS COMPANY. Their 30-day warranty should be reason enough to find any other plumber!

Many thanks to Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing and especially to Chris Padilla for getting my heater up and running on short notice on the coldest morning of the year! The company that installed my hydronic home heating system a decade ago went out of business, leaving me out in the cold. Goettle listened to my situation and routed my request to Chris, who just happens to be an expert in hydronic systems. He took the extra time to learn about my unusual system configuration, diagnose the problem, and get the hot water and heat flowing. Thanks, Chris and Goettle for the repairs and the advice for future maintenance. You've earned a loyal customer!

He explained what he was doing and what he found.n He worked like he really liked what he was doing and left a very good impression. I am so grateful for this company and my new AC unit. My husband and I upgraded from swamp to AC and Desert Star Air Conditioning offered us the best price (out of all the other quotes we received). They worked within our budget and also gave us recommendations of other products. They were just overall amazing. On time and even stayed until 10pm because we were having an issue with the fuse. They didn't rush to hurry up and get out of there because it was late. They wanted to make sure it was working properly and efficiently. The other thing, they picked up the mess they made. They swept up their mess, put the heavy garbage in their trailer and were off. It was like they weren't here (minus they new AC unit). Overall LOVES them.
