Jimmy came in to fix an electric line that had been cut during the pipe installation. He did his work was polite and courteous and very quiet.

The technicians were thorough and did a very good job of cleaning the ducts, and they were pleasant to deal with. The one negative occurred the next morning when we woke up to a lot of noise when the furnace and fan were on. We figured out it was due to several vents being completely closed, AND they were in the 10 foot ceiling. We were about to call Goettl to come out and open the vents when we fount a long handled tool to open the vents.

Tim was great .. .. I am a realtor and we were under a time crunch to get repairs done and he fit us in and got the job done and at a very fair price! Highly recommend!

Ryan was courteous and efficient. He did the job quickly and conscientiously and was a very pleasant individual.

The technician assigned to perform my AC tune up called to notify me he was on his way. In addition, he sent his photo by text. I guess it's policy to ensure customers know who they are when they arrived, although he showed up in a company truck any way.I was pleased he went over the results with me to make sure I understood. He also clean the outdoor coils. He did have to ask for my water hose to do the cleaning. Luckily I had one long enough. So I am wondering what would have happened if I didn't have one that reached.Other than the hose everything went well. No up sale, no fear mongering or suggestions of making unnecessary repairs. He appeared honest and stated that there are a couple things that should be replaced, but in maybe a year or 2.Overall excellent service, the special price was right and very polite tech.

I have a 2-10 warranty on my home. The AC went out and I submitted a service request. Desert Star was assigned my request. Excellent communication and true concern was what I received when I was put in touch with Allyse at Desert Star. The first call they sent Jim out. He diagnosed the problem and submitted a report that same day. Allyse got right on it and within 24 hours was back with me letting me know what 2-10 had determined. Allyse then ordered the part and got my AC repair on the schedule as quickly as possible. Cesar came out. A man of few words - up on the roof he went. 2 1/2 hours later, he came down and said, Turn the AC on. Well! - That did it! Problem solved, AC is running great. Thank you to all at Desert Star. Excellent service! They work hard - but make it look easy. I will refer them with confidence.
