First time I used Riteway Electrical service and I was given Excellent service by Monte and Bob. Service was for my father’s home, I had gotten an email from my father’s home insurance inspection company informing me they had found some electrical issues that needed attention before they will insure the home, with my dad on a fixed income they worked with us and gave us three different financial options to choose from to get the job done.I would use Riteway again in the future, I feel they didn’t nickel and dime me for the job, and both Monte and Bob were very professional and job was done in a timely manner.

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! I have had this company, and in particular one of the company's plumbers, James, for many remodeling and repair jobs. We have used them for over 10 years at a previous house and our most recent home. They are definitely professional. The staff come prompt, prepared, and knowledgable. Even when faced with challenging jobs, they use creativity and professionalism to fix the issue. Called this company to repair the outdoor faucet as it was rusted and leaking. Water was turned off to the house and faucet replaced. After he left I had to call back as the toilet wasn't filling after being flushed, the sink water flow was very low, and metal shavings came out of the tub faucet when turned on. He came back and replaced the toilet parts that were blocked and replaced a part to my tub faucet. He took off the tub faucet, went outside and turned the water main on and water shot out with force hitting the shower wall and sprayed all over the window, floor, wall, vanity, mirror - I was yelling but he couldn't hear me as he was outside. Once it was turned off, I grabbed towels to soak up the water on the floor and elsewhere. I noticed the toilet tank was now leaking on the floor and mentioned it; he fixed that. While I wasn't charged the $100 or $110 for him to come back, I did have to pay for the parts that were fine before the outside faucet was replaced. I believe that had he flushed the lines by running the tub faucet, the second visit and extra cost to me could have been avoided. Thinking back it was quite comical when the water was spraying, but nothing was comical about having to pay an additional $130 something.

Sunday night before Labor day Monday, had a serious water leak Anthony came within an hour of my call, stopped the leak and made an appointment to complete the repair after the holiday to save me a bit of money.

I had to pay $79 for an initial review of all of my plumbing and then would be provided an estimate to get the work done. The plumber didn't really review anything. He just took a quick peek at things and kept saying he wasn't sure or was guessing most of the time. He gave me an extremely high estimate. I feel like I paid for nothing.

Not sure I can say enough about this company and its people. I had a very expensive water line break and this company DELIVERED. From the initial call I knew I had the right company on the job. Tim came out the same day to assess the situation and made arrangements for temporary water service to get us through the repair process. Tim kept me informed every step of the way while I coordinated things with my insurance company. Jake and Justin showed on time, every time and DID NOT STOP. They made sure everything was addressed with quality workmanship and made sure our landscaping was put back like nothing ever happened. Even coming out on a Sunday to finish the job. This water line break was not cheap, or fun but Southern Arizona Plumbing made it as easy as it could get. Will definitely use them again.
