the technician came out told me my compressor was on its way out . i askedhow much to replace the compressor he said about $4,000 - $5,000 yes that is Thousand not Hundred, i asked how much to replace the 5 ton gas pack unit which is mounted on the ground aside a manufactured home ( no crane service nessarry ) he said it would be about $9,000 - $10,000 for a new one installed ???? i looked on line at Goodman 5 ton units the most expensive one i saw was $4,200 unless strong built charges $6,000 for labor i dont know. but knowing here is a customer in need of a new unit there was no talk of , would you like me to have someone contact you, like an estimater that can go over your options or someone in charge of sales perhaps ... just ok bye have a nice day good luck . Out of this world prices think ill call cummings...

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! I recently did a kitchen and bathroom remodel on a forty-year old codominium.
After hiring sever plumbers, I still had leakages, no-shows, and incorrect plumbing parts.
Scott the owner of All Pro Plumbing was referred to me by Ferguson's. I told Scott what the issues were. He showed up the very next day at 8:00 a.m. on time, fixed everything, and promptly. He listened to my concerns, he was neat and clean, extremely knowledable, and very polite.

Saturday. Had a leak in the front yard of a rental unit that turned out to be a corroded galvanized pipe. The plumber guessed that the line could be eliminated and a hose bib installed on the line coming from the house.

Turned out the line that he installed the hose bib on is connected directly to the hot water heater. And the fix eliminated hot water service to the kitchen sink.

Cost: $137

Called the plumber back, and I was told that nothing more can be done because it's the weekend and that he would have a supervisor call me on Monday and will come out to fix the problem.

Note: Plumber complained multiple times about having to work weekends and how is done with it, and bragged about over charging customers on Sundays even though the company tells him not to because his time is valuable.

Monday. I called Southern Arizona Plumbing and was informed that they had no notes for Supervisor to come out. Scheduled the Supervisor visit myself.

Supervisor arrived for the appointment, assessed the situation, but performed no repairs. Was told that he would be back the next day with a Plumber.

Tuesday. The Supervisor's sole recommended solution was to tap into an already incorrectly run pex pipe outside and feed the branched line back into the house, behind the cabinets, to the kitchen sink.

Note: I was informed that this fix was a stop gap and that Southern Arizona Plumbing would not warranty their work.

Plumber then left to pick up supplies, leaving us there for well over an hour.

Upon the Plumber's return, we were informed that the Supervisor was leaving and the Plumber would take about an hour and a half to finish the job.

I informed the plumber that we (my wife and I) had to run some local errands and would return in about an hour and to call if he needed us. The Plumber was left with the tenants.

When we returned, the Plumber was driving away from the residence, noticed us, then stopped. When asked he agreed to show us the completed work. From the branch point, a hole was drilled through the masonry, then between the oven, in front of the cabinet, fed into the cabinet to the supply line. I was informed that the cabinet door can no longer open fully because the pipe is now in the way.

Cost: $525

I was amazed at the excellence in service Plumb Plumbing and ALL their associates provided. I have not seen such quality in service and fair pricing in years. From responding to a leak to repiping my house. It was time as my house had polybutelene and was failing. They go the extra mile. I haven't been able to say that about any business in a long time. And finding a plumber with integrity and mindfulness to quality performance and service has been a challenge until having Plumb Plumbing in my home. I had called Desert Star earlier because I realized the AC temperature wasn’t holding and they were able to schedule me for the next day (thank god it wasn’t going to be a week). Our AC then decided to fully give out and the house got up to 87 degrees on a 106 degree day.

Felipe was the tech that was sent out to us. He was great! He called as soon as he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. Very friendly and nice, he was also very nice to our kitty. He was able to get our AC working within 20 minutes! So grateful to Felipe and Desert Star Air Conditioning and Plumbing. My mother recommended Desert Star to me and I will for sure be recommending them and especially Felipe to my friends. Thank you Felipe and Desert Star.

Thank you Huff Plumbing. Last night we had to shut the water off to our house, because of our water heater line broke, water was seeping coming into the house. The next morning we called Huff Plumbing and they immediately sent someone out. It was repaired quickly and our water was turned back on. So grateful for their service. As you know with this virus and people emptying the shelves of water, it was so important to have our water turned back on.
