This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! Update: the company owner, Michelle, contacted me after reading the review below because she was very upset that one of their plumbers had changed the price on me. She said that the initial invoice clearly showed the (wrong and cheaper) price I had been expecting and that that was the price that should have been charged. She offered to refund the difference and apologized for the mistake. Her professionalism and concern for my satisfaction as a customer was commendable. As I stated below, the work itself was done well and was timely.

I was quoted one price on the phone and then given a different price AFTER the job was completed, along with an additional $20 fee that I had not been told about. The plumber said, I told him he was quoting you the wrong price when you were on the phone with him. Well, ok, but in that case you tell me BEFORE you start the work, preferably BEFORE I hang up the phone. I turned down a bid that was $40 cheaper (but turned out to be $90 cheaper in reality) because this company could come two hours earlier. I might have just waited for the cheaper company if I'd been given the right price. Very disappointed. To be fair, my sewer line got cleaned out quickly, without any problem, but the pricing seemed shady. Get the estimate in writing when they show up, if not before.

Isaac was very helpful, professional, friendly, and was extremely informative. He is an efficient worker and was serious about work. Additionally, my dogs liked him which is always a good sign.

Had a claim through my warranty company with a home in Tucson and wasn't happy with the lack of attempts to try and unclog a drain line. Not sure why an experienced plumber doesn't have a snake that's longer than 6 ft. Also, it took the office 4 days to respond back to my home warranty company regarding an estimate and more than 24 hours to return a phone call even after it was escalated to a higher level with our warranty company. I left a message in regards to the service call later in the day and spoke to a woman in the front office on a Monday and 5 days later never heard back from her. I'd give them zero Stars if it was an option.

Dave Tobara the plumber meet me on time and was excellent about listening to my long drawn out issue I have beed having at my office for 2 months. I have had 2 other plumbers come and could not solve the issue. Dave was superb and handled the situation very calmly and with patience. He got to the root of the issue literally. That was what it was roots. He offered great advice and got the job done right. Thank you Roto Rooter thank you Dave. I will recommend you all to everyone I know who has a plumbing issue.

Sergio was great! We requested a whole home water softener installation. Sergio came and walked me through the installation and explained anything I was unsure about. He completed the installation without any issues and I appreciated his willingness to quickly respond to questions by phone or text. Highly recommend!

I recently had a leak from my shower drain onto the ceiling of my downstairs neighbor. It was a complicated situation with a number of potential insurance companies involved. One agency gave me a quote that seemed to be a bit of an insurance chasing quote - $1800 for the job. Luckily, Mario from Southern Arizona Plumbing was able to take a look at it, find the simplest way to fix it and do the job within four hours for $400. He was honest, thorough, respectful and ABSOLUTELY saved the day.

These guys are really great. They've done a few jobs for me and I'm very happy with their work. I'm also impressed by how responsive and on time they are - always checking in and explaining everything ahead of time.

Anthony was extremely helpful on a number of plumbing repair projects we have with our older house (1954). He is extremely meticulous in his work and very professional in his interactions. An added bonus is he is priced much more affordably than your typical name brand larger companies. We intend to call Anthony for our future plumbing needs!
