Best Water System in Tucson AZ

We had a clogged and backed up show drain. Of course it was a Friday at 3pm. I called our service line warranty and they were able to contact All In One Plumbing which is one of their contractors. All In One called me within an hour and had a tech out in another hour. By now it was dark. George was my tech and he was supper professional. He had a mask on for Covid precautions. He explained everything and gave us some good tips on preventative maintenance. He was able to get the line flowing and showed us in our outside cleanout what to look for. Hope we can use them again if needed!

The plumbing company demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues. I'm happy with the improved functionality of my plumbing system.

Awesome service from these guys. I called them with a issue with my hot water heater, gave me an estimate over the phone. Showed up on time. They were prompt, professional, personable and very affordable. I hope to do business with them in the future. They cleared up my old problem and installed a new unit in 2.5 hours. It took most of the time to drain the old unit. 👍

Owen was excellent! He came on time and did a fast diagnostic of what was going on at the house. Solved my dilemma Good value for the work they did. I was impressed and I will be using them again in the future for my home repair needs! Strongly recommend! I didn’t get a chance to talk with Billy his manager but he is filling paperwork with the city and getting me back to having power. Headache gone!

We used Res-Com for the replumbing of our house years ago and had an excellent experience. They had the best rate in town and working with Luigi was wonderful. We recently had an old sprinkler system that needed to be capped off. I was impressed by the response time and how quickly the job was handled. I will continue to recommend Res-Com to my friends.

Last week we were contacted by Chris at Plumber Kings. They were working on a sewer repair that ended up needing excavation out into the City Right of Way. Chris and I quickly came to terms and worked together to execute this project and get the customer back in service. It is so nice to come across a company like Plumber Kings, they are professional, helpful and do what they say they will do. We will be using and referring Chris and his team at Plumber Kings from here on out.

We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

We have a whole house hot water recirculating system and the piping sprung a leak near the pump behind the hot water heater in a tight space. Josh with Arico removed the bad section of copper pipe, replaced and re-soldered the connections in a short time. I asked him questions about the rest of the system which is up in the crawl space
above the ceilings. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, presenting a new idea (new to me anyway) using manifolds and a different pump should the need arise for more repairs. My wife and I are really impressed and pleased. In addition the bill was TOTALLY reasonable. We'll call Arico everytime we need a plumber, and if you can request the service tech, we'll ask for Josh.

Kenneth Harlan was our tech and completed our annual inspection and water tank flush. He was professional, and explained all of his findings thoroughly and at a level that was understandable to the average person. I would recommend Cals plumbing, especially Kenneth!

Rite Way has serviced my home two different times by two different people. The customer service has been exceptional. Rite way even had a dispatcher call me throughout the day to keep me informed about the status of getting the technician to my house which was extremely helpful. Nicholas was very informative, patient and answered all my questions.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

Worst experience ever. Six weeks and still no hot water. Will NEVER work with them again. When I called to complain and tell after the 6 weeks, the owner yelled at me and told me I was wrong.
