Best Water Line Installation in Tucson AZ

Oh my gosh!! I m gonna get right to the point Mike Speese and Karl Windauer were the most awesome people that I ever had to deal with, with a project this size!! They were respectful to my 90 year old granny, my 71 year old uncle, me, and even the 4 yapping dogs which are really annoying. Most of all they were respectful to eachother! The were fast, precise, took pride in their work, and answered in questions any of us had at anytime!! I cant say enough about these two, and I want to tell the owner to please keep these guys working for the company. What ever it takes because you dont find people like this anymore or a company like Strongbuilt. I thank you for taking care of us and always being there Sincerely, Bryon Pasley.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

I use Professional Plumbing frequently, and called and asked for Rick without them knowing who I was. As I guessed, there is no Rick working there. Rick has never visited my property. My experience with Tony, the owner of Professional Plumbing Sewer & Drain has been very much different from what niceguy says happened to him. I always get quotes from Tony or another Professional Plumbing plumber that are higher then what I am actually charged in the end. They never come back at me with the typical now that we are this far into the project, it is going to be another $500 or what one may call the up-charge

Here is a personal experience with plumbers. I like to keep businesses honest, so I periodically check prices. I got a quote from Tony at Professional Plumbing, then got a quote that was $500 dollars less from another plumbing company. I went with the lesser of the two, and ended up paying about $625 more dollars then I was quoted. As I said, with Professional Plumbing, they may quote me a project for $500, but I usually end up paying less then what was quoted. They seem to be honest when giving quotes so there are no surprises in the end.

I recently had a gas line installed that I was quoted $1800 to install in three days. When they started digging, the area was like concrete, and it took them five days to do the install. Professional Plumbing never came back to me saying they needed more money for the additional equipment or labor that it took to complete the project. They honored the quote that was given to me from the start.

RG & Sons is a great plumbing company. I interned for them during my summer off of architecture school and learned a lot about the design and implimentation of plumbing systems. My collegues were very knowledgable, professional, and hard working. We worked on large scale projects and small projects. Even though Rudy Garcia is my Uncle, his sons are my cousins, and my dad works there as well, it does not affect my review. They ran a great company and all of us workers were happy to be working on some great projects. They also serviced the house I live in and I can say they fixed the plumbing issue with great precision and treated me respectfully in my own home. Great company.

All Pro Rooter and plumbing is AMAZING! I have had a plumbing problem since I bought my house (1yr). Several plumbers have come by, tried to up sell and and just ckeaned it out the easiest way. Which resulted in multiple visits and stop pages.
The very first thing the technician did was start digging for the ground level clean out. No up sell no questions. This is probably going to fix my plumbing problem longer term than any of the other plumbers. Thank you thank you Thank you so much for taking such great care of me and my family. You now have a customer for life. High integrity and great overall service. And this was from the first call till they arrived!!

I had an excellent experience working with Sergio. He was very responsive, showed up on time, and quickly diagnosed and explained our issue. He provided an inexpensive fix and explained potential issues with our regulator valve to watch in the future. He seems like a straight shooter and I'll use him again for future plumbing needs.
