Matthew, our assigned plumber, came out to our house, looked at the work that had to be done, gave us an estimate, which we thought was a little high but, we went ahead and gave our ok for him to commence work. He informed us when he was going to be making some noise, and after he was through I asked him to show me what he did. He explained everything that he did. Very professional. I even asked him about a soft water kit for the future. He provided me with the information along with an estimate.

Unbelievable they’ve gotten positive reviews - our home warranty sent them out to us and they tried high pressure scare tactics to do $5K + work telling us if we didn’t get it done the next day we’d be looking at the tens of thousands in repair. I stalled them to get competitive quotes and had the work done by someone else for a few hundred. It gets worse though - turns out what they claimed was wrong wasn’t and the bulk of what they said wasn’t true. The owner even called when they suspected we were going with someone else and offered a thousand dollar discount.

Very shady business practices and will be reporting to the AZ contractor license board. Who knows who else they’ve scammed with these untrustworthy practices but beware of this company and if you have to deal with them because of a home warranty - question everything they say and get a second opinion from another company.

Stephen was able to fit me in for a same day appointment on a toilet repair/leveling the toilet. He was thorough and even walked me through how he fixed it so I could do it myself in the future. I needed a repair on my water main to my house. They were very responsive and came within an hour of when I called. The repair was done very thoroughly as I watched the process. These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.

I have used this company on many occasions. They have always supplied professional, prompt service. Zach and George have been fantastic. We had a huge leak under the foundation, they came out right away and made sure we had water. They re piped the whole house and answered all of my endless questions with patience. Initially wrote a 1-star review because the technician missed my allotted appointment, with no call. Within two hours of posting the negative review I was contacted by the Operations Manager sincerely apologizing for the mix up. He was ready to send a plumber to the house at 7:30 PM if I needed service immediately. I let him know our next availability and they made sure to open a window during that time. Plumber contacted us on that new date and let us know he could come early if we were ready for him. Plumber showed up and was very professional, handled all of our requirements and then called his manager to approve a discount for the work accomplished due to the previous missed appointment. We were very happy with how Strongbuilt handled their mistake and are very happy with the work they did for us. Would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!
