We had a clogged toilet in our business and an event that was happening within a couple hours and Jobe and Sons was out within an hour. Although they were not initially able to fix it that day since it was last minute they came the next business day and fixed it completely. This is the second time I have used them and both times they made time that same day to address the problem. We are very pleased with their service and professionalism.

SO HONEST! Chris was so kind and Professional. I call this company by accident and end up hiring them. Robert came out to ran 100 ft. snake for drain cleaner. He never tried to sell more than I needed. Told my not to worry about the what if’s!!! He even offered the camera at no extra charge. I had already scheduled the County to come out with the camera. The PRICE was unbelievable and I questioned it a few times!!!! This company is the BEST for Plumbing needs!!!!! I’m glad I dialed them by mistake! Heaven Sent for sure! Thank you Robert and Chris!!!

We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

This was my second job for Aaron. I had a defective Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV). Additionally, I wanted my two water heaters flushed and drained. Aaron picked up the PRV, replaced it and adjusted it flawlessly. Something I very much appreciate is that he overlapped draining and flushing the water heaters while working on the PRV. I am totally satisfied with his work ! He is also very courteous and a very friendly person. I highly recommend him and Quality Plumbing Pros !

Travis was an outstanding technician and although the problem with the drain was massive, he never gave up! Travis worked from 10:00 a.m. until almost 5:00 p.m to resolve our issues. He was knowledgeable, he kept us informed of his progress as he worked and he was personable and s real gentleman. A different technician was out a few days before and could not resolve the problem but Travis was definitely a master at his job. Thank you Cal’s Plumbing for this wonderful young man.

Dealing with RES-COM Plumbing was a dreadful experience. Initially, the original plumber who responded to the call did the work and gave us the quote was a decent man. I would enthusiastically work with him again if he were not connected with RES-COM Plumbing. Once the job was finished a new contact billing person started contacting me. That is when the problems began. His first contact was to issue an unexplained bill for $992.00 when the original quote was $500.00. There was also a $75.00 holding fee my tenant had to pay to assure services. The bill arrived void of any breakdowns of costs or charges and was presented in narrative form as if he was trying to tell a story. When I contacted him to ask for explanations he became indignant. He even called my tenant numerous times seeking payment before we were able to agree on the terms. Finally, I was able to speak with the owner who agreed to lower the cost to $700.00 in addition, he would provide a 30% future discount for any future services. The decent thing to do would have been to give that discount for THIS job along with the reduction. He surely knew I would never use them again to ask for that discount, which means he would never honor it. Decency was not a consideration. The biggest problem I have is with the billing colleague who harassed me and my tenant for the better part of a week and the way he/they presented an invoice void of costs and charges. The hostile manner in which the billing person communicated with me also shocked me to the point of disbelief. To be fair to the original plumber, he did a fine job and it was a joy to work with him. My issue is with the hatchet billing man & to a lesser degree, the owner for harassing us for payment - even blaming us for the added arbitrary costs. The bill was fully paid within nine days. It was a horrible week and a half of harassment. I have never witnessed such unprofessional and despicable behavior from a company whose sole job is to provide an honest service. They are far from honest from what I experienced and could never in good conscious recommend RES-COM Plumbing.

I can’t speak highly enough about the workmanship that Fred had demonstrated when coming to do repairs for the water heater, sink and tub drain at my property. He was professional, knowledgeable, and humorous. I’d hire him again specifically for any future jobs!

Expensive

I am very pleased with all aspects of my experience. Vanessa, Ricardo and team communicate well. It appears that they strive to give the customer value. Not to mention the fact that Ricardo did eliminate the leak entirely.

Honest, dependable, professional, and overall awesome!!!!! We were planning on expensive repair but after estimate, they advised us to do nothing now. They checked everything out and visually inspected then said they could do work but felt unnecessary and encouraged us to call back if problem arises. Previous company gave estimate of over $8,000.. No charge for today's estimate! Felt extremely comfortable with knowledge and advice given! They have definitely gained our trust and future business !!!!!

We have had two emergencies which required a plumber lately. I read the excellent reviews for Roto Rooter and called. Will is an exceptional employee and you should be proud to have him representing your company so professionally. He handled everything for us and gave us first class customer service on more then one occasion. He answered all our questions and knew exactly what we needed. Toilet repair replacement and hot water repair replacement. Excellent workmanship.

5 stars all around. Ramon, you did a true and professional job with my leak in the foundation. Not an easy task and you and your partner got it done in one day. I highly recommend.
