Out repairman was Weston and he was knowledgeable. Weston took time with our request and let us know the process as he went along. He also had wonderful customer service skills.

Fast service, Great price and Outstanding work. The professional office manager coordinates service calls and keeps you informed on scheduling issues (slips in time due to emergency calls). Nick arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem and presented solutions. He explained all the issues and did outstanding work quickly. The cost was well worth the work done. I needed work done on my kitchen sink and the repairman was great, professional and performed the work right away. He also educated me to what he was doing, why and how to prevent the issue again. Very thorough and a great experience. Will use again.

I called on Monday but they returned my call late Monday and they said a repairman would call Tuesday. Repair guy called Tuesday morning and stated he might be in Vail later i the day. He never came by or called. Wednesday morning I called again....he did not pick up or return my call. Business for them must be so good that they can blow potential customers off. They were pleasant on the phone though

Great Family business!

It has been about six weeks since Plumbers of Tucson replaced my water heater and installed a Green Fusion water softener system, and I am very happy with the results. The RUUD heater seems to be very efficient and the Green Fusion system has made a tremendous difference in the quality of our water. The installation was flawless, and the guys were extremely professional and friendly. They even bailed me out of a minor issue I was having elsewhere in the house. I've already recommended Plumbers of Tucson to a couple of friends, and will continue to do so.
