They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

Efficient and honest! Dan came to the house early in the morning gave us an estimate for the work we needed while our house was on the market. I wasn't sure I wanted to have the work completed that day, but after talking it over, decided to have the work done and Dan came back that afternoon and finished the work in less then an hour.

We had a water line leak that was only discovered late Saturday afternoon. Mark came to our house within an hour of my call, correctly diagnosed the problem, and provided a quote for labor and parts. He returned on Sunday morning, as promised, and fixed the problem in just over two hours (as he had estimated). I was charged $60 extra for the weekend, but was pleased to not have to wait another day without water. Mark was very informative, friendly, and professional.

Purchased a project home and had no idea how bad plumbing was. They came out to look and were honest and transparent about what the job would take and didn’t try adding on unnecessary work like some of the other quotes we received. The price was more than fair. Buying a house, we're in the inspection period. Scheduled a sewer line scope with video of the new house. Technician showed up early and scoped the line before anyone was there. We received a video without sound of the sewer line, but the technician seemed to be trying to break their personal record for how fast they can scope a drain. This is the third sewer line I've had scoped in the last year and generally, the video will show the condition of the pipe, the technician will explain what they're seeing and offer recommendations. This experience was not that at all. I will definitely be using a different company for my plumbing needs in the future.

Plumb Plumbing was able to schedule service to repair a leaking shower even before our schedule allowed! James telephoned 20 minutes before his service call for which he arrived promptly. He methodically went about diagnosing the problem, clearly explaining each step he took for my understanding. James was professional and friendly throughout his repair work. I recently purchased a home which required significant plumbing work due to renovations. Not only can high quality work be counted on at a reasonable and fair price but I have no doubt that their experienced tradesman have skills that other competitors may not always have. When challenged with difficult unexpected plumbing issues that required repair and/or innovative work-around they preserved and fixed things when others may have required significant and costly demolition to even attempt a repair. The technicians also watch out for the customer by identifying potential issues that may require attention at the time. Customer service is excellent. I had an issue with fixture placement in one bathroom and all necessary work was redone at no cost so that I was 100% happy at the end. Very friendly and professional. I'll always use them!
