We are very impressed with the service of Seth and Luke. They refused to give up in finding our leak, they came every day to test and monitor. They found a couple of leaks in our pool and repaired them. On-time, very professional, polite and cheerful and dogged in their determination to find and fix the leak. We would highly recommend their services.

Brian and Don were very responsive to a major leak in my irrigation system. They replaced the line and left my lawn in perfect order. No one would ever suspect that two trenches had been dug in the lawn.

I called my home warranty company because I had a leak in some plumbing outdoors. I made sure each company knew it was outdoors when I was scheduling the appointments and filing the claim. So Super Drain shows up to my house, the guys takes a glance at the issue and demands the $60. He told me he needs the $60 before he can even call the Home Warranty company to get the repair approved. So fine, I pay the $60.

He steps off for a few minutes and comes up to me saying he has bad news and that the Home Warranty won't cover the repair because it's not indoors. I was livid. No wonder he was so rushed to get the money. I asked him if he knew the policy with Home Warranty and he agreed that he did. So I asked him why they would even come to look at the problem if he knew it wouldn't be covered? He tried to make up some excuses about how it might have been covered so he just wanted to check.

I don't even have experience with this company's service because we never got that far but if they are willing to scam you out of $60 before even beginning the work I can't imagine what problems you would have later on down the road. Not to mention they were extremely unprofessional. So again, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

My Plumber, Joseph, was professional, accommodating, honest and a pleasure to work with. He assisted with the problem and followed up to the ensure everything was great.

We had a small leak from our toilet but knew it likely needed to be replaced as it was extremely old. Tucson Plumbing was able to come out and do the job today, and we loved working with them. They also replaced a leaky spigot for free after seeing it at the front of the house. We're so appreciative of the quick and professional service.

An easy resolve & nothing to hide, huh? Good try at your defense when in your 1st response said it all- YOU denied the reconciliation or the participation yourself. You could have been courteous & offered a follow up visit or call to understand what was not satisfactory about the job. As what a real & professional business would have done. Don't confuse yourselves in thinking that was an impeccable job, as you installed the shower head at the same level as the handle!! 25 years or 100 years, you lack professionalism, customer service, & integrity. & as a CONSUMER, CLIENT, or CUSTOMER, I will call out any servicer which I have paid my hard earned money to & is not honest or can't admit to making a mistake with an easy resolve. Maybe at your next 2 person company meeting you can go over how to respond to a customer with genuine interest & following through to maintain the reputation you so persevere. You posting the conversation just helps prove my points... By the way, this pic is how it should have been done, as shown in the manual... 😊 Oh & I could care less of anything else you may want to respond with, I'm a frontline Nurse working through a REAL pandemic, busy with caring & treating others. Remember that if you ever need to be taken care of by one..! ✌🏽😷

Great experience. Eric was wonderful. Loved the prompt service. The receptionist was also very nice.

Tony was great! He came on the same day pretty and stayed after repairing my thermostat to test it multiple times to make sure it worked.

10/10 recommend Rattle Snake Drain company - Isaac the owner is a honest stand up guy and makes recommendations for needed repairs unlike other companies - he’s worked at my personal home as well as my rental properties and has always mad a great effort in handling emergencies asap - he’s a one stop shop and I will happily use him for all of my plumbing needs in the future

Landlord contacted them to fix tub faucet. About 3 weeks later they finally called me we set an appointment. He came and didn’t have the part, said he would be back next day. No show and no call. Called them again to reset appointment. He fixed the handle but didn’t have the diverted needed for the faucet. Said he would be back “next week”. No show, no call. Called again, he said he would be out on Thursday. No call, no show an hour after appointment time. Called him again, said he would be out Friday. Called them Friday morning to get time frame, was to be between 1 and 3. By 4:45 I was calling him AGAIN, he said he would call me back in about 20 min. Right now it has been 30 min. And no call or sign of him. This guy has no respect for others time. This is not a major repair job, it only took him 10-15 min. To replace the part he did. Shouldn’t take more than that to replace the part I’m still waiting to be replaced.
