Best Water Heater Services in Tucson AZ

With the weather being so cold lately, my water heater broke without warning. I gave these guys a call and I had a service tech out within the hour. Water heater was replaced within 2hours. Great work!!!

Did a good job for an affordable price.

Brian and Ricky were sent out on 2 occassions to install new shower fixtures. On the first visit, after getting everything installed, the Delta cartridge broke. I had to order a new cartridge from Ferguson and reschedule Tucson Plumbing to complete the job. Brian and Ricky came back out to complete the install of my new Delta fixtures and Brian was able to get the second trip charge waived. Tucson Plumbing is a little priceier than other companies but they are patient, explain in detail what they will be doing, and as a DIYer I appreciate that they let me watch and learn. Ricky wiped up after they were finished and the shower is good to go thanks to Tucson Plumbing, Brian and Ricky

We had Tom and Jonathan come out and fix our water heater. Very nice and professional.

I sent a message to Frank, on a Saturday, and he had someone out to fix the clogged drains at my father's house within half an hour. Dave was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, honest, and got the problem fixed quickly. He did a fabulous job! I was floored at the reasonable cost, and for a weekend call! Highly recommend!

Isaac was very professional and did a great job! He was able to quickly address the problem and did a great job with explaining what was happening and what the long term solutions are.

We have used Code Blue several times and we are always delighted with the results. Reasonable pricing, efficient and quick service, great customer service. Code Blue should be on the top of your list when you need a plumber. You won’t be disappointed!

With summer right around the corner, I needed my 3-year-old A/C unit checked out. I was hoping someone would be able to come on Thursday, 4 days away.

Cool Willys was the one. Initially, they didn't have any openings, but, after checking again, they said they could make it happen.
On Thursday, I was given the standard Noon to 5pm window. At around 1pm, Cool Wiilys called to inform me that their tech, Nick, was dispatched with a 45 minute expected arrival. He arrived 45 minutes later.

Nick was the best. Professional and polite. What impressed me the most was the way clearly explained what he was going to check on my system. He also shared his 30 year knowledge from working in the industry and gave be advice about how to avoid future catastrophic breakdowns. (Hint: change your filters once a month.)

When Nick was finishing up, he had my system running as efficiently as day one. The wrap up was done on Nick's tablet gizmo, smooth and secure.

They refuse to come back out to do the job
The job they they did was not up to specifications and refused to come back to fix the problem.
Very poor customer service.
I wasn't asking much I don't think, just make the job proper.
Nothing was done.
I was told by the receptionist that they wouldn't be coming back out to fix the problem.
Very shady company.
DO NOT USE.
That's my opinion, think of it as you will.

HRP Plumbing was amazing. Their representative Jake O’Hara was professional, explained my options and cared about my situation. I had a main waterline leak on a Saturday, in which they came over immediately.

They were on time and we worked out a solution that will set my house up for the future.

In reviewing my options they showed me the costs and were very competitive with their pricing. I would recommend them to anyone for your plumbing needs, large or small.

Bottom of my toilet in my new place was leaking, Glenn was able to get here within 90 minutes of my initial call, told me exactly what the problem was within 5 minutes, and had it fixed up within an hour. Will definitely be using Sampson's plumbing and rooter for all of my future plumbing needs!

The owner of this company is a thief in a liar claims to be Christian but can't stand behind his own beliefs and Commandments he did work at a house I own and did not own up to his warranty
