Tom was great. I really am happy with everything he did.

Work was not done well. Had to tear some out and re-do it myself. Also called twice on a Sunday for and emergency water leak and the technician never returned my call.

Sampson's has rescued me twice. Once just before Christmas and then again today. Before Christmas, I needed to toilets replaced which was done in record time including picking up some good quality replacements. Today, I had a leak under the sink and the shut off valves were shot so they needed to be replaced. He came, got the values replaced and fixed the faucet quickly. He was very informative talking about my options in both cases and incredible clean. I had no clean up to do afterwards. That may seem like a small thing but I've had other plumbers that I had to mop up after. Highly recommend.

I have used them for many services, but on this occasion, I had a minor blockage in my bathroom sink. As I was a multiple repeat customer, though they could have, they did not charge me anything for about 10 minutes' worth of work. They are always so timely and professional. I never feel as though I am taken advantage of. In fact, I always feel as though I am a valued customer. I will not use anyone else other than this company.

Abacus responded same day to repair a leak on my main water line. They were professional and did a great job. Jesse was willing to help and also repaired my outdoor faucet. Jesse was very meticulous when putting my yard back together. I have had other plumbing and household services in the past where companies leave a mess. Abacus does not leave a mess and very professional from start to finish.

The only plumbing contractor services I've ever used. Their team of professional plumbers always arrives on time and is ready to get to work. They are hard-working and polite, and they always leave me feeling satisfied with what they have done. They fixed it once and for all… HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I called 930pm the night before and got an appointment for the next day. They called me the day of to ask if someone could come earlier than scheduled and i said yes. Dominic and his assistant came within the hour and assessed the situation. Went and got the supplies in a timely fashion and came back problem solved
