Joe was prompt, on time, clear in his explanations and demonstration of our problems (two main line water leaks, and a running toilet), and the fixes he would enact. He got everything done essentially in just 2-3 hours, and we no longer have any problems. Also a nice friendly guy. I particularly appreciated Ram's ability to respond to our problem on short notice. They have fixed another issue for us in the past also and did a good job then too.

Very professional, and their expertise is obvious. We had 6 feet of 2 PVC pipes in our yard replaced due to a leak. They investigated and found a broken pressure valve regulator. We had way too much pressure in the line. They replaced the PVR next to our water meter. Good communication, good workers. Efficient billing. We were having an issue were our kitchen sink and our washer would back up into our hallway bathtub. All other drains (bathroom sink, shower and toilets) would drain quickly and without an issue. Ben came out and diligently worked on the issue until he was able to clear the stoppage. His dedication, friendliness, and knowledge was refreshing.
