Within my buying process, I met Jesse who gave me an estimate and took time to explain to me what roots can do to your pipes. After a couple of months in the moving process, we realized we needed that estimate. Carolyn was able to find the estimate and set it up with ease. (This story just keeps going...)

Two weeks later, we had to call Jesse back to find that we had a huge root ball along with more roots that required a hydrojet. Jesse took care of it, ran the camera several times to ensure we had clean pipes and left a clean bathroom after the service. Hands down, I recommend Ram Plumbing - their prices are great and their customer service is even better!

Mike has been here many times. He installed our new water heater, a kitchen faucet, 2 toilets, and repaired our shower. Most recently he came out and dug up my old poly drip irrigation line in my front yard and replaced it with a new pvc one. It works so much better now and I only have to run it a fraction of the time I used to with the drip system. I'm going to have him do the backyard ASAP. You cant go wrong with Code Blue Plumbing. Very knowledgeable plumbers.

The tech showed up turned the temperature dial up and told me I needed a new water heater that my warranty would not cover a replacement and proceeded to show me his notebook of new water heaters I could purchase from them. Very disappointed. They could have told me this over the phone.

I want to thank Derek, the owner of the company, who helped my mom and I swap out a toilet. He did the job cleanly, perfectly, and in a timely manner. After finding out there was a leak the next day, we called him back (as we were going to ask for vanity replacement too anyway) and he showed up that day to help us. He was patient and understanding, he even called the store we bought the toilet from, drove to the store, and dealt with everything. In the end, he stayed until 10pm just to fix and replace our faulty toilet. Despite how tired he was, he was kind and didn't leave until the problem was solved. God bless his heart. Jorge has done several jobs for us ranging in difficulty from replacing our main shutoff valve and pressure regulator to replacing a toilet.
