Had a water main leaking. My neighbor had previously used Strongbuilt Plumbing for a similar problem, and highly recommended them to me. I called and got a quick response to my house. I was notified when to expect Elton Cross, and he texted me when enroute so I knew exactly when he would be there. He was very professional and courteous, and diagnosed the exact problem quickly while also checking for any other possible causes. He scheduled a service call for early the next morning.At 7:44 a.m. the next day I got a text message from Bobby Shawgo saying he was on his way and close by. A few minutes later Bobby's service truck was at my house. He was just as professional and courteous as Elton had been the day before. He made efficient use of his time, and had all the tools, equipment, and supplies on his truck to do the job. He answered all my questions and made sure I knew what was going on. Bobby also discovered a second leak in my water main, but this was on the CITY side of my water meter. He helped me contact Tucson Water dispatch so they could fix that leak (which was the City's responsibility to fix).The icing on the cake was when I got the bill. Not only did Strongbuilt give me a veteran discount, but the cost of parts and labor was over 20% less than Elton's estimate and at least $250 below quotes I had gotten from other plumbing companies.I highly recommend Strongbuilt Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I have a few other planned plumbing upgrades and repairs coming up, and Bobby was able to give me a quote for those jobs... GUARANTEED I will be using Strongbuilt for all my future plumbing work!

I've used Professional twice and was very impressed on both occasions. When we awoke to a flooded house one morning, they were very fast to respond to a leaking water heater and it was repaired within a couple hours, even though the tech had to leave the house to purchase a part. The second time I hired them was to diagnose and repair a pesky stench that had been plaguing our house for months. The tech systematically went through the area, which included a water heater, bathroom, and washer/dryer, eliminating potential sources of the stench until he found a leaking seal at the base of our toilet. He spent a good amount of time replacing the seal and refurbishing the poorly-flushing toilet. The smell is now gone and the toilet is working better than ever. The tech was very kind and clean and the price was reasonable.

Had a claim through my warranty company with a home in Tucson and wasn't happy with the lack of attempts to try and unclog a drain line. Not sure why an experienced plumber doesn't have a snake that's longer than 6 ft. Also, it took the office 4 days to respond back to my home warranty company regarding an estimate and more than 24 hours to return a phone call even after it was escalated to a higher level with our warranty company. I left a message in regards to the service call later in the day and spoke to a woman in the front office on a Monday and 5 days later never heard back from her. I'd give them zero Stars if it was an option.

36 degrees this morning and no heat. Alaskan Air Conditioning was recommended. Great service. Efrain was very knowledgeable, tracked down the problem, installed new parts and I now have heat. Will use them again if needed.
