Tony was great, prompt and professional. Fast service and superior work. I broke my outdoor faucet bibb overnight, needless to say, I had the shut off my water supply the whole night and the following morning. Tony was able to come that following morning and fix the broken copper pipe.

Second time I have called them due to a plumbing issue. First time several years ago they installed a new hot water heater and all new pipes and did a fabulous job. No problems since. Very competent, kind, friendly, and reassuring regarding their work. This time I had a clog in my shower head system and once again the plumber was friendly, very reasonably priced, reassuring, and had quality communication. As a nurse and someone who is concerned about the details and integrity of the work done, I am once again relieved by my experience today. I very highly recommend this company and I have exacting standards so do not give such recommendations often. Thank you

Called Strongbuilt looking to replace our ancient AC unit. Found everything about Strongbuilt to be grade A / 5 stars. Sales rep was patient, courteous, and answered every question we had and a few we hadn't thought of. During his site survey, he measured, then pointed out that our current system - which was not original to the house - did not have enough return air available, and went over some options to add another return air vent to make the new system work better. I personally found that noteworthy, considering the original AC installers many years ago, elected to forego that extra little effort. Once we decided to buy, Jeff, our installation foreman, came by to do a second site survey. He and his crew showed up as scheduled to get our system installed and functioning. A couple minor issues were handled in stride, and I was consulted when there was a choice in how things were to be done. 2 days later a different crew showed up to do duct sealing on our old house. Everyone we met or talked to from Strongbuilt were at all times professional, courteous, patient and dedicated to getting the job done. All work was done as promised, both crews cleaned up after themselves, we got a brand new system at the price quoted, and met some very nice people in the process. Doesn't get much better than that. I hope that I never need warranty service, but I am happy to know that Strongbuilt will be handling it if I do. I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to others.Update: Had our new system almost 2 months now. Working great of course. Strongbuilt surprised me again, when they called me out of the blue, and said they would like to send out a quality control guy to make sure everything was working and that we were happy. Scheduled a time, and he showed up as planned. Another polite, professional, dedicated Strongbuilt employee. Answered a few questions I had, checked the diagnostics on our system to make sure everything was performing within spec ( side note, the diagnostics on these new systems, and the performance parameters they can check are amazing ) and to top it all off, dropped off our documents package. Strongbuilt handles all the warranty and registration paperwork for every part of your system that requires it, then brings it to you when it's complete. Don't know how you describe service like that other than amazing.My initial rating still stands. If you are looking for a company that takes pride in their people, their work, and delivers a gold star experience, Strongbuilt should be at the top of your list.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!
