Best Drain Line Repair in Tucson AZ

Fast, efficient replacement of water heater that quit working late Tuesday night. We received good info from Lisa in Tucson Plumbing office on Wenesday a.m. and got an appointment by 2 PM Wednesday; job completed before 5 PM Wednesday. Brandon performed the needed work in our home. He was focused, courteous, knew what he was doing, accomplished all needed tasks very capably. We appreciate the quality services received from Tucson Plumbing.

Today our toilet and tub where backed up. Aaron was here for a few hours doing what he needed to fix our problem. He had to go get another machine and brought Tom with him. They both are very professional and polite. I would highly recommend Silverado rooting & plumbing. This isn't my first time having them come fix the plumbing. Thank you Aaron and Tom.

Code Blue was at our house within a couple hours of calling. They fixed the clogged kitchen sink and washing machine drain that was backed up. It was fast, professional and a great experience!

They refuse to come back out to do the job
The job they they did was not up to specifications and refused to come back to fix the problem.
Very poor customer service.
I wasn't asking much I don't think, just make the job proper.
Nothing was done.
I was told by the receptionist that they wouldn't be coming back out to fix the problem.
Very shady company.
DO NOT USE.

I was referred to Daniel from someone because my husband and I needed a backflow installed. At first, all went well the schedule turn around time is GREAT. I will say that.
I asked the receptionist on the phone for a starting estimate and she said $99.50, which I said okay and understood that they can’t give an actual quote without seeing the job. In Marana, we have regulations to go by, and someone from the company called our Backflow Tester to go over what was needed to be done. We had ordered the part previously and had to get a permit for it, and just needed it installed. There was a faulty piece so the plumber said he would be back the next day to finish the work. My husband and I agreed.
The next day the plumber comes and finishes his work and gave my husband the bill. No mention of price before hand. Needless to say, we were shocked with the price! Luckily, my husband was able to bring it down 10%.
We looked over the invoice and saw the 15 or so minutes to fix the faulty piece was charged $99.50. If we would’ve known this we would’ve drove to the store ourselves!
A little time after the plumber left, the backflow tester arrives and the installation wasn’t done correct. Backflow tester called me and said to give the plumber who did the work his number to go over again what should’ve been done because now the part is “shoved up to the wall.” Which, yes the plumber did mention our neighborhood has a strange backflow setup. When the plumber called the backflow tester, they discussed the work, and when asked, “did you let them know that the way it was installed would be an issue with repairs?” The plumber replied, “no they didn’t ask.” Backflow tester responded, “You’re the plumber. You know this stuff. They don’t. That’s why they hired you.”

So in other words, if we ever need to repair the backflow we would have to replace the whole thing AGAIN instead of repairing just where the repair is. Which the backflow tester purposely recommended that part for.

Not to mention, there is still a drip from the pipe, and debating if we should call to have them fix it or call another company

I was very thankful for this company to be able to do the work so last minute, and the plumber was kind while doing the work. I am saddened to leave a bad review because I was so thankful for the turn around time. Unfortunately, it is true. You must look around and compare prices. I was hoping all would be good because they were highly recommended to me.

Jake came to help right away even though was late afternoon. He fixed the natural gas leaking problem next morning and helped to speed up the inspection and re-connection process. Highly recommended!!!

I had (what I thought) might be an absolute plumbing disaster on my hands and Glenn not only came in a very timely manner, he fixed it immediately and for a great price. I originally was referred to him by my friend and neighbor who had the same great experience with Glenn. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thorough, professional yet friendly and so knowledgeable. He exudes confidence and made me feel immensely relieved while I was stressed out, as we seniors can get. I cannot imagine using anyone else in the future.

I would NEVER use this company, ever. Their employee, Michael, stood in our home and explained a problem with the shower valve. Then, when he got on the phone with our warranty company, stated to them there was no problem at all! They are liars and cheats. Don't use!!!!

I had called several companies all booked way out. Even when plumber of Tucson was booked he took the time to speak to me on the phone and answer my questions. They ended being able to make it out the next day. They were very professional and answered all my questions. They took their time and definitely did their due diligence. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them in the future for any of my plumbing needs!

I have used Abacus for years for all the very old plumbing in my house. I would trust no one else. They are timely, fair and very knowledgeable, not to mention they seem to have every part they need on they trucks!

Find and Repair?? The magic words repair or FIX. Jorge Montano not only overcharged me 3 times ($325.00) but he didn't have the part to fix it. I had to go buy it from a place an hour away and fix it myself. This guy is a total fraud. The nerve to actually charge 325.00 to spray soapy water on a visit that took 20 minutes is my commission to make sure every site, every agency knows that Almighty Plumbing a a business that will steal from you and leave you with the problem still existing. BEWARE OF ALMIGHTY PLUMBING AND JORGE MONTANO. Don't fall for his sign on his van that says Honest, Quality Work @ Fair Prices. None of these will you receive if you call them.
