He took time to explain what was happening with our plumbing and presented options for repair along with the pros and cons of each. We were able to make an informed decision without feeling pressured.

After much market research, we found Plumbers of Tucson. Our hot water heater went out so we decided to switch to a tankless hot water heater. We hired Plumbers of Tucson to purchase /install a Navien tankless hot water NPE210-2 series system. They did quality work at a good price and made sure every detail was done right. Will definitely use Plumbers of Tucson for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Do not do business with this company or Jorge he is dishonest and wants to charge for parts or labor he forgot to put in the final price of work being done not to mention he has no customer service or people skills either just plain rude after you confront him with the situation.
