Best Water Tank Repair in Tucson AZ

We have used Curtis Plumbing for 2 huge projects- re-piping our entire gas lines, and more recently re-piping our entire irrigation system. I cannot say enough good things and Ken Curtis and his crew. They are smart, hard workers, extremely high quality, trustworthy, think before they cut and this was a complicated mess they straightened out in an old house. I've also used them for smaller projects- built in washing machine install, replace cartridges in nice faucets, etc. You can't find better plumbers than these guys!

They were professional from the very beginning. I had my home's drains cleaned, their tech (Austin) was on-time, extremely courteous, and explained everything. The quality of their work was outstanding, as the issue in my home is resolved.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Austin and the whole crew were amazing to work with. Never once did I feel like I needed to look over their shoulder or feel like the work was not being done correctly. We called on a Sunday night after trying to install a dishwasher and getting stuck on the last part of the installation - the compression sleeve that would not budge due to the previous pipe installation being done poorly (the house came that way). We called Tucson Plumbing and Brandon was literally at our house and working on the problem in 30 minutes. He did an excellent job, explained the problem and the solution and repaired it swiftly. An hour later, we had the new dishwasher installed fully and running cycle. Thank you!

Brian Hall, Division Manager, got here quickly. Spent much time attempting to snake the sewer clog. When it was clear it wasn’t working, he came back the next day with the “big guns” to clear the clog! No fees unless the solution was complete.

Bid for correcting the bigger issue was available quickly.

Our appointment was for between 10:00 - 12:00... William showed up as soon as he could. Can't guarantee times in the plumbing industry. Not only did he fix our issue in a timely manner (which another company failed to do & wanted to charge us $1300 for something we didn't need), he thoroughly cleaned up after himself... Which I appreciate.

Twice now they were scheduled to show up and have not. The first time was for the estimate and after a phone call reminding them, they managed to get someone out later in the afternoon. Today when I called after their no-show, I was informed that they needed to check the schedule and I would be given a call back in a few minutes. No such call has come in. Thanks, but no thanks guys!

Do not do business with this company or Jorge he is dishonest and wants to charge for parts or labor he forgot to put in the final price of work being done not to mention he has no customer service or people skills either just plain rude after you confront him with the situation.
