5 star experience from start to finish. Marty tacked my job onto the end of a long day. He was courteous and professional but happily answered all my questions about how & why he was doing the work. The price was great.

Fixed the leak and they were very polite and helpful. They also charged me a fair price for their services. Awesome service!

Warning! Scam! Do Not use this company. They will book an appointment just so you do not call another company. Then you are at their mercy. They texted me saying they came at 9:00 am, (or did they?) an hour and a half before the scheduled 10:30 to 2:00pm window, and because I was not there, they left. I called them at 10:30 after getting texts from them about how Happy, Happy, Happy I will be from their great service, and one asking to review them? They informed me they could schedule a new appointment around 6 pm. The call center just gave me the run around, would not let me talk to a supervisor or give me a direct number, they did put me on hold for 10 minutes, hoping I would hang up. If a company won't publish the real phone number, it's a red flag. what are they afraid of? Don't fall for all the fake reviews on google like I did, if they were as great as they say they are, why hide behind a call center? Now I am very worried about them having my Credit Card number. Save your money, there are better companies out there for sure, and probably have a better price too! If there is an actual person that still runs this company, that cares, you have recordings of all calls, listen to them, and if you feel you did anything that I should be Happy about, I will remove this post, and all the ones I am going to post in the next few hours! Funny, after being put on hold forever, for the second time, A girl came back on the line and said she would give you all the information and you would call me. I guess that was a lie too. Maybe you should hire better people across the board? At this point, If I was a customer of yours with a warranty, I would be scared. You may want to remind them to make sure they push the hold button all the way, before talking poorly about a paying customer.

I was very hesitant looking up 24/7 plumbing services. I called Anthony at 11 o'clock at night, spoke with him explaining our problem. He was quick to give us a temporary fix until he could come to the house and find the problem. When Anthony arrived, we were greeted nicely and he got straight to work. Anthony was quick to listen to our theories, and tried four different ways to fix the problem before coming to the conclusion of having to replumb. I was very pleased with Anthony's skill set and willingness to try. He even advised my husband of a temporary fix until he is able to come re-plumb. I have no doubts we chose the right company. We’ve had to reach out multiple times this year for some issues with our toilets. Paul had come to help us each time and is very friendly in each occurrence. He introduces himself over phone call to let us know who is coming and plan a convenient time and is very prompt. He explains the issues he sees well and the possible solutions, and he always works very swiftly and leaves things better than he found them.

Disappointed. Toilet clogged due to object dropped into toilet and lodged at the trap. Plumber removed toilet and attempted to clear with auger. After 15 minutes he determined that he was not able to clear. Next day I purchased my own auger and cleared the object from the toilet in a couple of minutes. Lessened learned, $40 auger and a little effort is better than a $229 bill and no results.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

3:30 A.m. Woke up in a puddle of sweat, A/C was wailing away with no cooling. So sad, so hot. After a few attempts of on/off switching battle with the thermostat-no response from A/C. Determined that the compressor was not engaging, hopefully it was a mere capacitor failure...Called at 3:47 a.m. and pushed 9 for the emergency hotline to the guy on call. it took 3 maybe 4 rings....i was fearful no response after the third ring, I knew the heat of the day would be estimated to be 112 degrees. I had myself, a young man, my eldery father and our old chihuahua to worry about with the impending heat wave approaching. On the fourth ring a man answered and a wave of relief flowed over me. He was so polite, joyful, and made me feel at home as he clearly was waking up. He bounced some jokes back and forth between us as he got on the horn and called his A/C guy to work us into the Schedule for THE SAME DAY!!! They managed to work us in for a late morning appointment to save us from the emergency fee (we think...) while providing same day service. Dawson and Friend (name?) showed up right around 11 a.m. when the temperature outside hit 100. Within 20 minutes we had cold air flowing after the capacitor was replaced. While here we were recommended and quoted a freon recharge ranging from 300-400. We agreed and the total bill was just shy off $400 including labor, recharge, and capacitor replacement! BY NOON WE WERE PUTTING ON CLOTHES in our home again (like civil folks). YEEESSS!!! Also on June 4th we used this business for unclogging our kitchen sink which was draining very slowly. Same deal, got us an appointment to wave the emergency fee (we think..) showed up on time, very pro, polite, and courteous. Gave free advice on my ancient toilet (replacement needed) and unclogged my sink in no time. Best experience with a Plumbing and Cooling company in the same month!!! Usually a plumbing or cooling is major failure and is costly to repair and both times in a month, this company saved the day and made it very easy on the wallet, time, and accommodations. Will use this company for any and all my future plumbing and cooling needs and recommend to all I can!!! So FRIENDLY!!!! LUV U!!! Thank you!

I hired BioRemedies to do a Video inspection on the sewer lines of the home my fiancé and I were in the process of purchasing. While this service is not part of the traditional home inspection we (and our realtor) felt that it was important to do for our peace of mind before finalizing the purchase. The company was prompt and efficient and Ken even followed up with me personally to let me know everything looked good! I highly recommend this service for new home buyers! The cost far outweighs the benefit should problems be found !

Serious racial discrimination! Very rude! I tried to find him to help me fix the sewer, because my English is not very good. When I tried to explain my sewer problem as hard as I could, he hung up my phone angrily! This is first time to write a review. So angry!!!!
