Goettl is a fantastic company and life saver for me. They came out professionally AND ON A SUNDAY, to fit in MY schedule. It was hot but Manuel Valdez, OUR TECHNICIAN, was great. On time ON A SUNDAY (no extra charge) to do the maintenance on my air unit and plumbing.He made recommendations (which are in fact needed); HOWEVER he did not push product on me, didn’t tell me could get it done for xyz$ and I really appreciated that! If he hadn’t come on a Sunday I didn’t know what i could do.Manuel brought some accessories I needed from his shop AND DIDN’T forget them! Manuel is professional, on time and I can’t get over the fact he would help me on a Sunday ALL WITH NO additional charge!All I can say is, I’m so happy Goettl and I are partners and I hope they send Manuel anytime they need to come out here!Lastly, thank you Goettl for being my partner for my air unit and plumbing needs!

Anthony from Knight Owl Plumbing came to our house today to fix a broken sewer vent that had been stinking up our house for the better part of a year. After having 3 different plumbers come out to try to diagnose the problem, each of them not being able to figure out exactly what was going on, one of them finally suggested we have a smoke test done to see where the smells were coming from. We had the smoke test done by American Leak Detection, also a stellar team, and once they found the issue they referred us to Knight Owl Plumbing on Wednesday. I immediately called Knight Owl and Anthony was able to come out before the weekend and took care of the problem in about 30 minutes. The smells are gone and we are extremely grateful. I will be using Knight Owl from now on if we ever have any other plumbing issues and I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

Patrick was actually early. Window given for service was between 2PM and 6PM. Patrick arrived shortly after two. Got right after it, answered all my questions, gave me options. No hard sell. Friendly, knew his stuff. Patrick was thorough, even found a problem from a prior service call. Patrick talked with his supervisor and the decision was to fix the issue, which would have cost over a couple hundred dollars, at no cost to me. I love the way Parker and Sons corrected a prior wrong and took care of me, their customer. I can not thank Patrick, the tech, for finding a potential problem and being up front on resolving the issue. Patrick represents Parker and Sons at the highest level when it comes to making sure the customer is priority one. I will always ask for Patrick on any future HVAC service calls. Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

We had pioneer plumbing come to our home to solve a major plumbing issue. They did so with the greatest of professionalism and courtesy. Eddie and Ryan were very knowledgeable in what they were troubleshooting and resolved our concerns quickly!

Go with these guys every time! Had a clog in our shared/common kitchen line with our neighbors. The home warranty assigned a company that had no idea what they were doing. They told us that we did not have a sewer clean out, adding that would need to pay out of pocket to have one installed. Our HOA recommended calling Bio Remedies for a second opinion. I'm so happy I did. I spoke with both brothers who contacted me within minutes of submitting a query online, - Ken and Steve - who both confidently reassured me from the get-go that they could fix the issue without any installation! When Steve came out, he saw immediately that we had TWO sewer clean outs! The clog was fixed within minutes and the cost was cheaper than I could have imagined. Thanks, Bio Remedies! Two years ago Norm came riding to my rescue! My water heater sprung a leak and water was rushing all over my garage and in to my guest room! What's worse was I had a broken foot in a cast and couldn't turn off my own water! Norm hadn't met me before but he was there super fast turning off the water, replacing the water heater, and helping me get the restoration people out to start repairs. The two things I loved about meeting Norm were his customer service and just how much he educated you about your plumbing issue.

Don has done plumbing projects for me for the past 15 years - put in water heaters, fixed leaks and drains, changed out fixtures, etc. He is reasonable, cleans up after himself, and is responsive and courteous. I definitely recommend Don.
