We operate a property management agency. We will not use anyone but Anthony if we have the choice. We have thrown so many different plumbing issues his way: emergency situations, complex situations and routine repairs. He has been able to tackle all of it without much issue. He is a great communicator and very professional. Highly recommended.

I called Paul and he answered immediately- Wow!!! We got to talking right away about the sink's problem. He arrived promptly the next day. He diagnosed the problem and explained and how to repair it. The work was completed perfectly and he cleaned up so well that I didn't know he was even there. Paul owns his craft!!!

The tech Alex who came out to service my unit was on time and got right to work. He was professional and courteous. He used booties to cover his boots to protect my floors. He stayed until he found the problem and fixed it. This company is legit.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

My plumber recommended this company to me and I found them honest and capable. Everything, including cost, was clearly explained to me and my concerns about the durability of my seventy-year-old sewer line were eased. It was fascinating to watch the live feed from the camera as it scoped out the entire length of the clay sewer line both before and after it was hydro-jetted clean. Absolutely all the tree roots were gone and the sewer line was good as new. They have a lot of experience with perma-lining, which I would like to have done someday.

Unfortunately, I’ve had a few plumbing problems, but, fortunately, I found Rogiers Plumbing and they have fixed all my issues professionally, quickly, and affordably. Richard and Julie are amazing!

Punctual, efficient, courteous and reasonable. Had an ice maker valve replaced in the wall, the tech, Maison, was very courteous and professional - I was also impressed with Chari, the lady that scheduled the job, very good experience, highly recommend you guys!

We have had a couple other companies out and have not received any estimates.I saw Austin's ad so decided to call.He came out that night and will be speaking to my property manager tomorrow to try to start a game plan. Very pleasant honest and and wling to show us everything and did not brush us off like the other companies because we are just the renters. If I owned my own house he is the one I would call for all my plumbing needs.

Thank God for owner Bryan Hester and his band of Merry Men (actually just his son Adam). He's a real professional plumber. He was on-time, personable, has the right tools and skill actually do the toilet install job I needed done correctly as opposed to one of the individuals that was recommended through the Lowes Handy system that I ended up cutting loose. I watched as Bryan did the install of 3 toilets and everything that I was concerned about as a result of the guy I cut loose, Bryan took care of as part of his install routine. The toilets are level, oriented properly, sealed, and rock solid with no leaks and work properly. I highly recommend Bryan. He will be my only choice for any future plumbing needs.

Mr. B is amazing... we have been having plumbing problems with our toilet for about a month now. We were dealing with another company for this problem. That other company could not fix the problem for us. Mr. B came right over and fixed the issue for us. I wish we would have just called him in the first place. I will definitely be recommend this company to family and friends.

Landlord contacted them to fix tub faucet. About 3 weeks later they finally called me we set an appointment. He came and didn’t have the part, said he would be back next day. No show and no call. Called them again to reset appointment. He fixed the handle but didn’t have the diverted needed for the faucet. Said he would be back “next week”. No show, no call. Called again, he said he would be out on Thursday. No call, no show an hour after appointment time. Called him again, said he would be out Friday. Called them Friday morning to get time frame, was to be between 1 and 3. By 4:45 I was calling him AGAIN, he said he would call me back in about 20 min. Right now it has been 30 min. And no call or sign of him. This guy has no respect for others time. This is not a major repair job, it only took him 10-15 min. To replace the part he did. Shouldn’t take more than that to replace the part I’m still waiting to be replaced.
