Austin was upfront about the issue and cost. He explained the process in detail which allowed my wife and I to make a very informed decision regarding the repair. The next morning, Austin and Mark showed up precisely when he had said they would. They worked quickly and diligently. When the area that needed the repair was a bit bigger than anticipated, Austin made a second trip to get additional equipment needed. Austin and Mark both very much had a “Do it Nice, not Twice” attitude and were very meticulous in their process. The pipe was repaired and they left my front yard looking nicer than it did when they arrived. I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone who is seeking hard working honest plumbers from a family owned business.

Jason, very professional and friendly, he diagnosed the problem quickly and had a plan to remedy it immediately. He explained the entire process prior to the work being performed, great customer service which as we all know is hard to come by these days. Appreciate his honesty I have used Al Coronado in the past and will continue to have them work on my house from now on!

The warranty company was a nightmare to deal with, but these guys worked as well as they could with them. They even made it easier by setting me up to have everything done in one visit by sending photos of what needed to be repaired and ultimately replaced. I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs!

We had a small leak from our toilet but knew it likely needed to be replaced as it was extremely old. Tucson Plumbing was able to come out and do the job today, and we loved working with them. They also replaced a leaky spigot for free after seeing it at the front of the house. We're so appreciative of the quick and professional service.
