These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.

After using a different plumbing company with no success, the company I'm renting from called out TAZ plumbing and my experience was EXCELLENT. The plumber, Ben, called before arriving, was within the time estimate, professional and kind, and while the whole problem couldn't be fixed in one visit, he worked so hard and got my kitchen sink draining again for which I am so grateful! He got up on the roof multiple times to address the issue, even running a camera to better understand the problem. I had a great experience and would highly recommend TAZ plumbing.

We used Res-Com for the replumbing of our house years ago and had an excellent experience. They had the best rate in town and working with Luigi was wonderful. We recently had an old sprinkler system that needed to be capped off. I was impressed by the response time and how quickly the job was handled. I will continue to recommend Res-Com to my friends.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

My apartment complex contracts with this company and when the woman in the unit below mine complained of a leak, this company was fast ,efficient, and courteous! Not only did the technician check in with us repeatedly throughout the process to make sure neither unit was being inconvenienced, but he was friendly and polite. Best part? When all the work was done he took the time to clean up his bootprints and other mess from the tub. When I purchase a home I will definitely be calling upon them for any plumbing needs.

when the need for a plumber arose, we found On the Way Plumbing online, didn't know anything about them, but the reviews were good so we gave them a try.We had to have 2 toilets replaced and Sergio came on a Friday and the new toilets were installed Monday morning. from the beginning we had nothing but the best of all kinds of service, Sergio was always on time, knowledgeable, polite and considerate. and he was in and out in two hours, cleaned up after himself and took the time to answer all our questions.
