Matt was timely and found the problem quickly. Invoice was less than I thought it would be. This is the plumbing company I recommend.

David showed up on time with the right parts via a picture I texted him. He solved my leaky shower faucet and replaced the valve cartridges. His price was very reasonable and he finished in less than an hour. I will use this company again.

Fortunately, due to completing his previous repair earlier than planned, the MacInnis plumbing representative arrived and efficiently fixed the leak in our bathroom. He was very courteous, respectful and pleasant and the cost was reasonable. We highly recommend Maclinnis plumbing.

We recently had two plumbing jobs done with Al Coronado Plumbing. These jobs were done by Xavier and Charli. Both were excellent and knew their jobs well. They kept us informed what needed to be done and the time frame for completion. They were friendly, on time and well informed. Jobs well done.

Good communication but due to the fact that Swanson is extremely busy and is a 2 person company his lack of availability earns him 1 star. No matter how competent a plumber he is if your Not available then what is the alternative in case of an emergency or routine repair? Wait? Or hire another skilled plumber who is available!!!

Have used Dunn in the past and will continue to use them in the future. The best you can find.

Tom Shaw was at job on time. He was very courteous and professional. The water heater was replaced efficiently and quickly. He cleaned up after job was complete! This was a bid job and there were no extra charges. We would recommend him and Silverado company to all who ask.

This review is overdue. I used Elite Rooter in May of this year. Both Brians arrived, and both were very friendly, but a bit confused as to what work was to be done, and how much everything would cost. At any rate, the friendlier Brian, who lives outside of Tucson and comes into town only on certain days, was the plumber who stayed to do the bulk of the work. I gave Elite one star because the plumber did not bother to reconnect the pipes when he changed the faucet. I had water immediately run on to the floor as soon as I turned on the water. With a bucket under my sink, I called Elite for the plumber to return. I was informed they did not have anyone to dispatch back out! An essential take away from this review is that Elite has horrible customer service, and is short-staffed. I consequently had a cable appointment the next day. The cable guy saw the water on my floor (the bucket overfilled), and he happily cleaned up the water and repaired the shady job on my faucets and pipes! Elite Rooter received payment without any care or concern regarding the quality of work or whether the job was even completed.

Professional people and excellent service

Issac and his team were friendly awesome, professionals. I manage a Kennel Facility and when our draining system wasn’t draining properly and backing up, they came out less than 24 hours from our first call. They resolved the issue as soon as they could and even ran tests to make sure that they 100% resolved the issue and made sure to set up routine checks with us. We won’t be going anywhere else now!

He was able to come out same day on a Saturday! The repair was fast and done right. I will definitely use Tony again and recommend him to friends and family.
