Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

My plumber recommended this company to me and I found them honest and capable. Everything, including cost, was clearly explained to me and my concerns about the durability of my seventy-year-old sewer line were eased. It was fascinating to watch the live feed from the camera as it scoped out the entire length of the clay sewer line both before and after it was hydro-jetted clean. Absolutely all the tree roots were gone and the sewer line was good as new. They have a lot of experience with perma-lining, which I would like to have done someday.

I had an issue with the toilet and then subsequently the shower. The owner along with Mason came out (on the day of the owners daughters birthday) and completed much needed repairs!! Brian and Don were excellent for our new water heater and water softener installation. Everything was done quickly and with lots of attention to detail as we had a limited space for the softener. Highly recommend and will use Dunn Plumbing again in the future!

I had a great experience with the company and the technician Brian. The sink did not drain anymore and there was an issue with the garbage disposal. They came out on the same day within hours. The garbage disposal was replaced and the blockage was removed very quickly. The representative that answers the calls was also very friendly. Great service!

This latest experience with this pluming company has been one of the worst customer service experiences i've ever encountered. They replaced a part and left without verifying that the toilet flushes. If they would have tested it, they would have found that it is broken it doesnt flush. Additionally they left the bathroom extremely dirty, potentially ruining two bath mats, and to top it off they did not even bother to put the lid to the toilet back. I called again to get this rectified, and was told a technician would arrive today 6/20/2019, no one arrived. When i called and was connected to a technician i was told that i was not priority, because there was another toilet in the house, he was an hour away, it was an inconvenience for him, and that they had to pay people over time. These were the persons direct words. this is unacceptable. Ii had left a very positive review 9 months ago but this latest experience destroyed that.

We tried to use this company and they never arrived and did not answer us. We waited for them for 5 hours past our appointment time and still nothing had to find someone else at 6pm at night. Not happy at all!

I had my water heater explode at 10pm. I called Frank and he had his guys at my home by 10:45 pm. They did a great job, replaced the water heater and cleaned up all the water that had flooded my garage. The guys were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Ram Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!! Thanks Frank!!

Professional people and excellent service

Twice now they were scheduled to show up and have not. The first time was for the estimate and after a phone call reminding them, they managed to get someone out later in the afternoon. Today when I called after their no-show, I was informed that they needed to check the schedule and I would be given a call back in a few minutes. No such call has come in. Thanks, but no thanks guys!
