Go with these guys every time! Had a clog in our shared/common kitchen line with our neighbors. The home warranty assigned a company that had no idea what they were doing. They told us that we did not have a sewer clean out, adding that would need to pay out of pocket to have one installed. Our HOA recommended calling Bio Remedies for a second opinion. I'm so happy I did. I spoke with both brothers who contacted me within minutes of submitting a query online, - Ken and Steve - who both confidently reassured me from the get-go that they could fix the issue without any installation! When Steve came out, he saw immediately that we had TWO sewer clean outs! The clog was fixed within minutes and the cost was cheaper than I could have imagined. Thanks, Bio Remedies! I've found my go-to plumbers for life.

After calling and be cancelled on the day of by a different company and getting a quote from someone else that didn’t include a permit, I found myself calling Expert Plumbing for a quote to have a gas line run to my kitchen for a stove. I was impressed immediately. The office staff was professional, let me know that they would call when someone was in my area as that was how they did free quotes. I anticipated needing to wait a week or so, and didn’t expect a call later that day. Someone came just a few hours later, gave me a thorough and efficient quote that didn’t cut any corners. We decided an hour or so after they left to go ahead and schedule. Boy was I happy when they could come the following Monday! Even better when they called and said they had a cancellation for Friday, and would that work for me?

The team showed up on time, worked efficiently and were respectful of my kids and dog. They did a neat job, and left the work area tidy. They saved me money on something Home Depot insisted I buy for the stove, that I did not need. Just about a week later they came with the gas company for an inspection with my permit. Fantastic plumbing company that is ran by a Dad and his two sons. Honest guys who come out and do the job right and stand by what they do. Also, not like the big companies in Tucson who charge a service call and charge a ton of money. Hester gives an honest estimate over the phone that might change a bit after getting here depending if they have to use materials off their truck or other factors they could not see over the phone, but hands down an awesome ran family plumbing business that does the work for an honest price. It makes me feel good to give these guys the business because they are small and do things the right way and I highly recommend them.

I called Tim on a Saturday he arrived with his daughter with in 15 minutes very polite, job was done within 2 minutes. Charged only for the call out. I'll use him again if I have to.

I looked for a plumber on Google, Angie’s, etc to install a hot water circulator and decided to go with Affordable. I called and received a reasonable quote from Angelo. Once Rick arrived, due to the age of our hot water heater (24 years old), Rick suggested we replace it, otherwise he may be out again in near future to replace it due to it finally giving out. Why pay me for installing the circulator and then come back again to replace both the hot water heater and transferring the hot water circulator. I appreciated the suggestion and agreed to buying and replacing it with a new more efficient HW heater (reasonable price). Rick came back a week later and replaced the HW heater, installed the HW circulator and replaced a spigot in the backyard that was rusting away. Rick was very professional and knowledgeable about house plumbing. Also, I want to compliment Angelo who owns Affordable. He too consulted me about the HW circulator and potential of it not working the way I expected. Again, I appreciated his knowledge.

When all said and done, I am very please with the HW heater, HW circulator and new spigot. Rick did a wonderful job!!! PLUS, the HW circulator thankfully works just as I expected and hope to save a bunch of money in the long run.

I would hire Affordable again for any future repair or replacement.
