The truth is that despite the hard time we had with this unexpected plumbing problem my family and I are very grateful and happy with Paul's service. He took care of us quickly, fixed the problem, and guaranteed his work. Not only did he prove to us that he is an expert at his job, but he truly cares about his customers as well. After purchasing our home we struggled with our water heater going out intermittently. Our home warranty company didn’t want to cover it initially and when they sent a contractor from another local plumbing company out they smashed the pilot light button a dozen times and then left us hanging with little communication. They got it running for about 3 months before it went out again. At that point we reached out to Curtis Plumbing to see if they could help. When Robert showed up he immediately identified the issue with some improperly placed ventilation that was allowing gusts of wind from the recent storms to blow right on the pilot light of the water heater knocking the hot water out. Robert was thorough in his explanations about how to move forward with not only resolving our issue but gave guidance on how to safely maintain it. We really appreciate all of his time and professionalism he extended to us. Compared to previous experiences with other plumbing outfits in town we felt truly taken care of and will happily call Curtis Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs. Thank you guys.

Excellent service. Arrived on time. Courteous, professional, and friendly. Explained how he would fix the problem, how much it would cost, and then did the work. He cleaned up and made it look as if he had never been there. He explained what he did and demonstrated how well it worked now. We could not be happier with the service. This is who we will call for plumbing service from now on.

Fantastic plumbing company that is ran by a Dad and his two sons. Honest guys who come out and do the job right and stand by what they do. Also, not like the big companies in Tucson who charge a service call and charge a ton of money. Hester gives an honest estimate over the phone that might change a bit after getting here depending if they have to use materials off their truck or other factors they could not see over the phone, but hands down an awesome ran family plumbing business that does the work for an honest price. It makes me feel good to give these guys the business because they are small and do things the right way and I highly recommend them.
