Best Garbage Disposal Installation in Tucson AZ

The rating I gave reflects more on the employee than the company as a whole. Since I have not dealt with every single employee, I can't say whether this instance happens often or at all. I do not appreciate some random guy coming into my home to repair a hot water leak underground using my radio without my permission. If you want to listen to music while you work, bring your own radio. If you do use a customer's radio without permission, have the common sense to change the station back. I proceeded to remove the cord on the second round of him coming out, and he was obviously displeased by this because, in a child-like fashion, he changed the station anyway and left the button on AM. Aside from the radio bit, I am amazed by the lack of respect for other people's homes that this guy had. No shoe covers were worn at any time, so I had dusty, dirty shoe-prints all over the house and all over my black rugs (one of which had chunks of mud on it). At least stomp your feet a couple times near the work area to make some sort of attempt to remove debris from your shoes before tracking it all over the house. The guy also left mud all over my walls and didn't even bother to wipe it down. Again, common courtesy, when you make a mess in someone else's home, CLEAN IT UP. He could've closed the door to the bathroom where the work area was before filling in the hole, but that obviously didn't occur to him, so now I have a fine layer of dirt all over my entire house. This employee had ZERO respect for my home, and that reflects very poorly on the entire company. Luckily, there are dozens of other plumbing companies here in Tucson, and I bet one of them would be more respectful of my home.

Edit: In case anyone wants to know, the employee was Chris. I've read other reviews where people were happy with him. All those instances seem to point to the customer being there watching him, so naturally things will go smoothly. I was not so fortunate and had to let the property manager let him in. The property manager also was unhappy with him, due to the fact that he broke my sink which the HOA will now have to replace due to his incompetence, and also the fact that he was told he needed to bring a jackhammer for the leak was underground and he did not. I found out later that he left and was gone for 2 hours getting a jackhammer.

Quick response to my request, Chris had me fixed up fast, and took the time to review Water Heater maintenance to prevent future problems. Good company!!

The General we hired to do a remodel hired little john heating and cooling and they came and hooked up a multi split unit with not correct wire gauge that may have caused a fire when the system got loaded down they ran wires on the outside of building they disconnected other breakers to make it work.they did an absolute horrendous job and wasn't going to correct it . And there's more . But Picture Rocks came out and re wired everything made the entire system safe and it looks like someone cared when they did the work . We will call them back for other jobs . Dealing with personnel at Wildcat Plumbing was very easy. From Ashley in the front office to schedule my water heater replacement appointment through the water heater removal and installation technician, Omar, everything was easy and stress free. Even after having to reach out to Ashley in the front office just after Omar had left on that late Friday afternoon, to let her know that I had found a pretty substantial leak in the connection between the pressure relief valve and the water heater pipe connection. Omar called me back within 15 minutes, came out to the house within 45 minutes to look at what I had found. He told me that he needed to replace the defective pressure relief valve and would be back first thing in the morning, on Saturday, to remedy the issue. He showed up around 11 AM and remedied the situation. The only thing I am disappointed in is that Omar used the pipe nipple from the old water heater to connect the pressure relief valve to the drain line. Which makes the installation look somewhat unprofessional.
However, overall, I am very happy with Wildcat Plumbing and the service they provided. I would recommend them for any of your plumbing service needs.

George handled several issues with my plumbing. One was an emergency and he called back right away. He had to work closely with the man doing my tile and coordinated with closely. I very much appreciated his knowledge and hard work. I plan on calling him whenever I need a plumber again.

He has helped us with a couple of plumbing issues after what I would consider to be reasonable business hours, because we had a need and he is very kind. The work he has done for us is exceptional. I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

Bennett was useful and professional. He was knowledgeable and was able to promptly solve many issues we were having with our kitchen sink.

I tried to unclog my kitchen drain myself and finally gave up. When the plumber came out he explained to me that the reason I wasn't getting anywhere was that it was full of grease from many years of buildup. After he pressure washed it the difference was unbelievable. Now I am much more conscientious of what goes down the drain. It hasn't drained like this in years. Good service, good price. Hats off to these guys.

The costing is quite good. They have always been prompt in their responses to help queries. I'd like to strongly recommend them.
