I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

Lindsey did a great job replacing a cracked leaking pipe in my sink, as well as identifying another leaking point I was unaware of! They were quick and professional.

Bad business want use them again and want recommend them the technician came out and ran the snake in my kitchen sink drain and before he left the water started backing back up in the kitchen sink so he got his plunger and tried to get the water to drain that didn't work so he ran the snake again to get the water to drain and left after I paid him but that same night the drain start running slow again so I call them back and they said it was my pipes in the floor and if they came back they will have to to charge me so I went out and rented me a snake and ran it threw my kitchen sink drain twice and know my kitchen sink drain is draining real fast.

They were very knowledgeable and friendly, they came right out and went right to work getting our sewer pipe uncloged in a professional manner. We will definitely use them again.

Fails to show up and fix the issue he created, installed a faulty tankless water heater, now I have no hot water and my basement leaks. THANKS GUY. More legal is coming soon, don't worry

I went through Angie's list and found this guy. Tried to stay with small business being a small business owner myself. He agreed to install a tankless water heater for us and he did so. When i reviewed the bill he added $100 into the tax. When I confronted him on this he said it was a processing fee from Square and he had no idea. I told him he can't hide charges like that and he should refund me we talked about installing a instant hot water device for 250 and using that as a credit. We scheduled 3 separate Saturday mornings and he never showed for any of them. Only one he reached out to me to let me know. I finally decided to cut ties with him and just ask for a straight refund, he said he mailed it on Feb. 15th. As of today (4/29) still no check. I have contacted BBB and Angie's List. At this point, it's not about the money. It's about integrity and doing the right thing. STAY AWAY!!!
