So I had a terrible smell in my basement and wasn't sure if it was a sewer issue or an animal that had fallen down my chimney and gotten into my furnace. I called Able Master to check my sewer lines and make sure that wasn't the issue. The guy came out checked my basement and the drain and found nothing and stated it definitely wasn't a sewer smell. Suggested I have my ducts checked for a dead animal. He didn't charge me anything for his visit and inspection, NOTHING!!! I know many other companies that would have charged a nominal fee for the visit, and he was kind enough to charge me nothing. Will definitely call them if and when needed in the future, what honest and kind people!

If I could give them more then 5 stars I would! Exactly what you want when there's a problem. Someone to come out quickly who has the knowledge and tools to fix the problem. Problem fixed and price was fair. Didn't try to up sell additional services that were not needed. Very good service!

It started raining half way thru the sewer replacement so of course it turned into a mud hole, but they got it finished and cleaned up and even returned the next day to clean up some more.

Emergency call, they were at my house in less than a hour and a half. Fixed my backed up basement floor drain, and cleared out all pipes in less than an hour. Two young men helped me at my house, both very professional, courteous, and thorough. Fair and transparent price. They earned my business from here on.

The plumber was very nice to work with. My call, them giving us an estimate, and replacing our water heater was all within 24 hours. They were a little pricey, but after calling 8 other plumbers, these guys were the only ones to actually come and seem like they wanted to do the work.
