I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

Spoke to them yesterday, made an appointment, they said they would be over either yesterday or today 330 -530pm. It is almost 630pm now and they no call, no showed.

Nick, Jason, and one other older male from Ott Plumbing came to my home for repairs on two occasions, back-to-back, and displayed exceptional customer service. They explained in great details what repairs were needed, the amount of time allotted to complete the repairs, and provided me with a ruff estimate of how much it may be out of pocket. Great team work and service overall. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Fred at Able Master. Late on a Saturday night I called and he showed up in under 30 minutes. My drain problem was fixed in no time. The price was very reasonable. He is a nice man and trustworthy. I wIll use and recommend Able Master.

Dave got in and got the job done quickly and for a fair price. Would recommend to family and friends for any drain needs.

I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning estimate. When original making the appointment I was advised they would call 30 minutes prior to there arrival. I wanted and no one called. So I contacted the office and got the voicemail. I received a call back 10 minutes later only to be told no one could meet with me. I was offered the option to reschedule next week!! If this is the type of professionalism you receive from making an appointment I would hate to see there actual work! This was an terrible experience and I would suggest you contact a different company!

Woke up to water cascading into the basement due to a plugged downspout drain. Called Bill and he came out immediately and had it unplugged in under an hour. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommended!

Go anywhere else they charged $1500 for 3 hours work. $500 an hour?
unreal. Don't let them rip you off. Do not trust them.

First, I had the gas line that needed to be installed. He’s so quickies in and out no wonder it’s not right… The gas company was here they red flagged, my gas line and stove. He will not repaired or fix it. He said he did not do the job I sent him over both checks canceled. He cashed them one for 375 for the gas line and one for 350 for changing out to on off valves . I know I got ripped off but I needed it done. And now that gas line is gonna cost me over 300 again because I have to be taken out replaced properly and put in. I’m going to file with the Better Business Bureau and I’m going to file with a small claims for my $375 back.
