Best Commercial Drain Cleaning in Toledo OH

Update to my earlier review regarding water heater installation. Josh and his entire organization went the extra mile in resolving the issues i had with the water heater installed in 2022. If your looking for professionalism and integrity in a company I highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

If I could give zero stars I would. They were suppose to be here between 12-2. Still nobody at 4 and no call to explain. We called and they said it will be later. At 6:15 we called to cancel and were told they were just finishing up the previous job. NOPE, CANCEL!!

I had an emergency backup of sewage in my basement on Saturday night. They were the only company open and willing to come out on short notice to clear out the blockage in my drain.

I had them out Sunday afternoon and they absolutely crushed it! They arrived on time and knocked it out with a level of professionalism their competitors just don’t possess. They ran me down the entire process, so that it was easy to understand, and they were in and out in less than an hour. Not to mention they didn’t make a huge mess, and they even cleaned up before they left!

Full service for a comparable price to other companies that don’t care nearly as much. From the phone call to the owner, to the two techs Christian and Roger that came out to perform the fix, a positive experience overall. Would highly recommend 10/10!

I’ve used Drain Doctor several times. Each time if felt the quote was fair. They come out quickly and work with your schedule. I even needed a plumber on Christmas Eve and they were there quickly and didn’t charge extra for their service. Today I needed my main valves replaced and brought up to code. Once the water was turned back in and they were checking the water from the faucets, and issue with the bathroom sink was found and it was fixed with no extra charge. He even went to the hardware store and bought a replacement faucet! He was patient and helpful. I will definitely use them again and refer friends and family to use them

Action sewer came out to run a camera inspection for my grandfather. They showed up on time, beyond polite and knowledgeable. My grandfather is a very ornery man with a ton of questions, they answered every question patiently and to his satisfaction. The price was more than competitive and we will certainly call them back for any future work.

Good people just prices are extremely high for a repair when all pipe was already exposed they still charged me 2 times on estimate for same thing just worded differently. Check your estimate before you sign it..

Did a great job clearing a hard to reach drain. Fair price too.

Called them after I detected a gas leak. Blake was professional and extremely informative. Everything was done in a quick manner with very little disruptions. Would recommend again!

I did try calling a few other places and had no luck with prices even close to my home warranty price. Dave has extremely reasonable prices. Dipsh*ts scheduled to do a install today at noon. just found out the re-scheduled the install and didn't even bother to call and tell us. On top of that we paid for this install going on 2 weeks. Will never use this company again.
