Best Camera Inspection in Toledo OH

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

Jason did an excellent job on our clogged drain. Quick and thorough! Transparent about the pricing. Great communication and customer service skills. Even offered preventative tips to avoid the situation in the future! Well done! Will definitely recommend and use in the future.

Bunch of liars!!!!! They tried to change me $1800 for a new hot water tank. Which was not broken. YouTube showed us the problem. A cheap switch. But my husband ended up fixing that. So it cost us zero. Please be aware of these criminals.

I would give Root Wrestler 6 stars if I could. I called them late on a Saturday afternoon to set up a time to come out to fix a toilet problem. Mike said that they could handle it that evening and within an hour Pat came out to our house. He fixed the problem in 5 minutes! He was very professional and friendly. We had called another company the day before who promised next day service. They never showed and never called to reschedule. I called another company that promised that you always speak to a staff member and was on hold for more than a half hour. Mike answered our call right away. I will definitely call Root Wrestler the next time I need plumbing service and recommend them without reservation. Thank you for the great service, Mike and Pat!

I called this morning on a Sunday and talked to Fred and told him my sewer drain in basement was backing up. He said give me about 45 minutes and he would have me taken care of. He came within that timeframe and got to work and cleared the drain in about 30 minutes. Price was great, he was wonderful to talk to and all of this on a Sunday I just think was amazing. I would highly recommend this family company!

Service experience was very professional. After careful examination of my water lines, Ty (plumber) determined that our old faucet was beyond repair. He also spoke to the manufacturer who confirmed the need to replace our slow running designer faucet. A new faucet is on order and I would definitely call this company to make the installation.

Came out late to help fix my problem and was very polite and reasonably priced! Will use again if any other issues come up.

Horrible customer service. The tech who admittedly wasn't professionally trained left a leak that caused damage to the sinks cabinet and the owner nor management would return my numerous messages to resolve. I was told by the receptionist, and I quote I was told if you call back to tell you that they can't do anything for you. Didn't even give a reason, although there isn't any valid reason that they could give
