Best Camera Pipe Inspection in Toledo OH

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

The 2 repairmen that came out were friendly, professional and quickly repaired my faucet. They were even able to get me in today last minute. I will be using them again.

John and his partner (and son) did a great job. Courteous, knowledgeable, and reliable. We had issues with our sump pump, likely the result of a collapsed/blocked clay pipe. The result was water in our basement, and a strange pulsating mass (water beneath the lawn) in our front yard. We made an emergency phone call LATE at night and ASAP came to the rescue. We were quoted a very reasonable price, and the work was done efficiently later that week. John was patient in explaining everything, and was also able to accommodate an additional last-minute request to fix something unrelated. Experienced great professional service with ASAP, they went above and beyond!

Matt and his wife did a wonderful job on our clogged/broken drain. They had a floor to dig up and replaced a large chunk of rotted pipe. Cleaned up after themselves. I recommended them to my parents who also were very happy with his work. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Although the estimate was higher than I expected the service man was very professional and courteous. He will be back tomorrow to do the actual work. It is a gas line installation so that I can replace is electric range with a gas range.

We've used Able Master a couple of times for clearing out our sewer drain and one of those times they determined the problem was in the county line. Fred and Jason are very professional, very knowledgeable and work very quick and efficiently. For any future drain clearing needs, we won't even consider anyone else.

They were the 3rd plumber I had out to resolve a drain/ flooding issue. They were knowledgeable about how to resolve my issue and what kind of system I had even though it's 100 years old. Follow up was decent. They were professional.

I don't usually write reviews but because I also rely on them when I am looking for a reliable and dependable company, I felt the need to share our experience with Drain Master--hands down, AMAZING! We just moved and are new to the area and needed our garbage disposal fixed and had some other projects - Bill got us scheduled right away and Andrew was lightning quick! Not only on time, but early (called me ahead of time to see if I wanted him to come earlier which was VERY nice!) fixed the disposal and our washer in record time- the price was also very reasonable. We will be using them again in the future and recommend them without question.
