Terrible service and incompetent staff. I had a representative come out to my one bathroom house for a bathtub drain issue. I was given a $4000 quote and told it would take about 2 days starting the next day. Being it was going to start the next day I agreed, I was later called and told it would have to go to their projects department so would not start till Monday morning. They came out Monday worked for a couple hours then had to come out Tuesday to put the actual piping in. At that time he said he needs to have the inspection done. Come to find out that the first guy did not complete the proper paperwork so the permit was not pulled until that day, now a week after I agreed to have it done. They finally get an inspection scheduled for Friday and told me I would get a call from inspector 30 minutes before he got there so I could let him in. I never heard from the inspector and after calling the City of Tampa permitting office found out that you have to call the inspector in the morning of inspection and that the plumbing companies know this. I had to ask for another inspection for the following day. I finally spoke to another person in their office in the late afternoon after multiple calls as you cannot speak to a manager because they have no direct line, and at that point she asked if anyone called the city for a reinspection. I had but once again they failed at there job. At this point I have not been able to stay in my home for at least 7 additional days because of there employees incompetence. They also pulled the wrong permit and the inspector was good enough to change it as to not have to pull another one. Their way to compensate is to give a 5% discount a whopping $200. They do not respond. I’ve asked to speak yo a manger at least 5 times but none has called. The first two days of work could have been in one. Their trucks say Plumbing Today but 2 weeks later.

Just called because the ad says they are open today (Sunday). VERY misleading, was told the trip charge would most likely be higher because it was after hours!! Wouldn't tell me what the trip charge would be. Seems very nefarious and sneaky...

Thomas and David delivered excellent and professional service when installing our new AC / Heat system. They took the time to do the job right and answered all of my questions. Their work looked professional and delivered the results we want.

Joey Coppage did a great job fixing our washer plumbing. He was very informative and quick working.

This company is absolutely horrible they charged me $190 for 4 minutes on one drain. I then asked the employee if he would install this faucet in for me to replace the old one and he said no because I didn't mention it beforehand I have to make another appointment and be charged for two service calls now. I waited for my appointment over 5 days the time allotment was mine according to the manager the employee was concerned about his next job. The job took him the time it took me to get through one cigarette. I called the manager to express to him my experience and he offered to send someone out at a discounted rate mind you discounted from what a $190 per 5 minutes Do yourself a big favor and go elsewhere.

I’m so happy 😁 I did communicate with Joe Cool company for checking my old AC , figure out and understanding I need to replace with New AC.
I meet with Tom -advisor person to discuss my AC options. All the information he gives me were so helpful. He and the whole company gives me a little bit time to think about it and to choose which options will be the best for me!

Show sufficient understanding if the customer needs to find payment options.
Accept any payment method too, which is great for the company!
I’m so grateful to Joe cool company,Tom and the installation guys-James and Adrian for understanding,working quite and very professional.
It definitely took them couple days to install the newAC , but this is because of the reasons were in terms of location and removal of the old one and additional measures!
We are all patients because the main thing-everything to be settled-excellent!
James and Adrian did it -awesome job guys! And with a little bit help of their manager , which is normally, because every place where they are going to is different!
Tom, James , Shawn, Isaiah and Adrian-including myself also-we all get a great business professional communication and connection!
I’m grateful for that!
Definitely for now on and in the future I will recommend who needs checking AC or replaced AC -to contact with you guys from
