Like other reviewers said, get charged from the time they dispatch the call and the price they charge per hour is way over priced, especially sense it took them 40 minutes to get to my house. They did 10 minutes worth of work just to tell me that it would cost over 1000 dollars just to replace one valve and I would have to pay another company to patch the drywall. I did the repair myself for 130 dollars worth of parts. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know to not use them.

For about 2 weeks I had this daily on and off sewer smell in my kitchen. The area under the sink was dry so I wasn't sure what could be the issue. Finally, I was referred to Llona Plumbing. After describing the issue, they sent a technician who was able to determine that my (1952 home) galvanized air vent was cracked after after a thorough inspection. They replaced my 68 year old pipe with a new PVC one with straight and clean drywall cutouts in the bathroom, so I could replace the drywall with straight cuts. They went right to work and were done in a very timely manner. It's been 5 days since the repair, and no more smell in the house. Since my original air vent was tarred into the roof, I was recommended to contact a roofer (I have a personal one) to replace the flashing/boot located in the area. My roofer came by the next day and repaired the area affected in less than an hour. They were very informative and professional throughout the entire process. Thank you very much!

Unfortunately my wife and I have had some issues with the plumbing in our home. Called other plumbers who came out got the clog unclogged but were never interested in actually fixing the problem. We had our home repiped because of a slab leak. Our home is 1958 so the existing plumbing lines were on borrowed time, instead of having our floor busted up and deal with future leaks from old plumbing lines we had Landmark replace all piping, not an easy job on an older, block, flat roof home. Jason the owner, Nico & Sokol did an excellent job. Nico work days in our shallow roof and insulate all the lines. The City Of Clearwater plumbing inspector continued to comment on the excellent, thorough workmanship performed to complete the job. So yes, we highly recommend this company. Victoria

Duane came to my house and was absolutely amazing, he answered all the questions I had and actually reassured me about a few other things. I’m waiting for the camera to come check out my lines but I’m ready to see how things look within my old cast iron plumbing.
