Alex came out and he was amazing! He helped us out with a back up and was outside in the early morning with no complaints doing a job that takes hard work. Sometimes we don't think about how much we need people like Alex and the Alvarez company but when you do, it's great to have such an A+ place take care of you. Repipe did an excellent job replacing the polybutylene pipes in my condo. They knew I was selling it and worked extremely hard to get the job done prior to the closing date, which they did. Not only do they replace the pipes, they also patch the drywall, so you won't have to find a separate company. The day they installed the new pipes, they did not stop until I had water connected back and working, which was well into the evening. I highly recommend.

Plumber hooked up the water heater wrong then they did not want to correct their mistake. Leaving the tenant without hot water for a week. Tim used the resident bathroom for his own personal use. He couldn't even shut the valve off to the tank. He flipped the wrong breaker off and didn't check to see if the unit still had power so he tripped the entire apartment breaker.Office staff was very rude when explaining to them what their plumber did. I do not recommend channelside unless you just have money to burn because you will end up calling out another company to solve your problem.
