Just had Chris from Llona Plumbing out to my home this week to repair a broken pipe. He was here on time, called before arriving, was very friendly, and was in and out in under a hour. The price was resonable and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend Llona Plumbing to anyone.

I used Forthright Plumbing to re-pipe my entire home. Ricky did a great job removing the old cast iron/galvanized pipes and replacing with PVC. I was a bit concerned that my concrete driveway right on top of the main line would be an issue. Ricky’s expertise came into play redirecting the main line to the side of my driveway and only having to cutout a small section for the new line. Once repaired, it doesn’t even look like my driveway was touched. Not only was Ricky’s price tough to beat in comparison to other companies, but I felt relieved knowing he was the one doing the work and I can tell he takes great pride in his work.

I called them tonight due to a plumbing emergency (half of our apartment is flooded with toilet water), as their website stresses their “24 hours, 7 days a week” service. It was not even 11:30pm. The rude woman who answered interrupted me in the middle of my sentence to tell me that that’s a complete lie. Would absolutely never recommend, they should definitely change their website because it’s misleading and their answering employees, as they wouldn’t provide me with any resources, nor give me the time of day to speak. Horrible service.

They guaranteed me that they would be at my house and make all necessary repairs today. After calling every few hours and being told that they were coming at 5:30PM I get a call from the Technician who said he needs to come out the next day. Having a customer wait all day and then no show is ridiculous. Their lack of professionalism and showing up makes them a terrible company.

edit: 7/11/2022 - I spoke to Paul who was very apologetic for the situation. They have agreed to resolve things going forward and gave me a direct number to call in the future. Doesn't resolve the issue we had, but certainly lets me know that they wanted to acknowledge and take care of any issues I had.

The company came out the same day I called. The PLUMBER who came John Courtney worked digilianty until I could flush my toilet and had all the answers I needed.
