I couldn't be more satisfied with Llona plumbing's service. They returned my call very quickly, set a convenient appointment and came when promised. Their technicians were friendly and competent. I thought I had a tricky problem with a mysterious contamination, but they quickly found the source and fixed it.

Our service was over a month ago but we were traveling right after so just now posting review. We used Flow Pro to change out a kitchen faucet. Jared was prompt to respond and arrived on time. He provided an electronic quote for us to accept before starting job. Our old existing plumbing needed to be cut out and replaced but the cost was reasonable. We know it was necessary because we couldn't turn for the hot water under the sink. Jared took pictures of progress under sink and although we can still bend down, it was so helpful to not have to. Will definitely use Flow Pro for future needs.

The team, Nate and Mike, were unlike any others I've dealt with in the past. From their arrival, punctual, to their professionalism. My skepticism quickly disappeared shortly after they began. I called Bay Area and they came out my house the same day (this was the second time I have used them and both times they came same day). Ricky and Mario made the house call and they were beyond professional. They replaced some of the valves and also a new toilet. They were on time, cleaned up the job site, and fairly quoted. I would highly recommend Bay Area for your plumbing needs.
