They came out to diagnose a leak behind our kitchen sink. We were told that they would have to call a leak detection company. That NEVER happened. I called to follow-up several times. After a week and no leak detection company information I told them we were going to find another plumber and got my $59 diagnostic fee refunded. Very poor communication and follow through.

Olin Plumbing is the plumbing company to use for the greater Tampa Bay area!!!! Richard used 5 different heads on the roto rooter to diagnose and fix our problem. He never gave up and did a great job explaining the process. Great customer service and professionalism. He also re-plumbed the bathtub and had it working better than it was before. Thanks again Richard!!!

Excellent. Thomas went above and beyond on a Sunday, driving 2 hours to our location, visiting the local Home Box store twice to no avail. He found the correct part, sent me a link, and as soon as the part arrived, he and Rafael were out to take care of it. These guys actually cared about doing their job and were extremely professional. Recommend to anyone needing service.

It's the same great technician, Travis B, the company sent to fix my second AC unit within three months. Apparently Travis is very experienced and quick on his job. He is also friendly to offer me several AC maintenance tips and advice. I'm happy and satisfied with his service and would like to recommend him and his company to other people.

Always trying to upsell on times

Needed same day vent replacement on water heater and pipe replacement on sink! They got a technician here within a couple hours of me calling. Jerod was thorough in going over what needed to be replaced and fixed and efficient in his work! Will use again in the future and recommend for any plumbing needs!
