Call everydayplumber! Our guest bathroom COMPLETELY flooded 4-5 inches the night before Thanksgiving. Jarrett came out within the hour we called - he was calm, knowledgeable, friendly & fixed our problem in no time. We called on the emergency line because our back flow device developed a major leak. Derek showed up and was very nice so not his fault but could not repair as he stated parts were needed and tried to minimize water leakage. We get a call from Chris saying that a ball valve needs replacing and can be ordered but they have no service appointments until a week and half from now May 10. I asked for help this was not doable and told us tough luck. WE ARE POURING OUT WATER and can’t fit us in? Well guess what the entire pipe just went and township had to come out and shut off the water and now we have 32 townhome residents without water while we try to find help. Thanks for nothing. They were even the company that tested and certified the back flow valve. Thanks for telling me nothing we can do you have to wait till May 10th. Tell that now to 32 home owners now without water. We will find a company who knows how to step up and be dependable when a severe emergency happens don’t trust this company to care about your emergency needs. I’ll make sure to let all our 72 home owners know in this community and let my management company also know that you couldn’t help this community in a emergency and not to patronize this business.

Excellent. Thomas went above and beyond on a Sunday, driving 2 hours to our location, visiting the local Home Box store twice to no avail. He found the correct part, sent me a link, and as soon as the part arrived, he and Rafael were out to take care of it. These guys actually cared about doing their job and were extremely professional. Recommend to anyone needing service.

Todd was helpful and explained what was needed and the reasons why. He arrived shortly after we called and was professional .

The job was done fine but it's clear they overcharge. The prices are ridiculous for the services offered. They’re on the highest end possible for all services. Additionally, the 100$ service charge whether or not services are accepted is akin to forcing customers to accept awful prices or suffer a 100$ loss. This feels especially criminal as it is not explained before the technician shows up. Even if a customer found an honest and fair company to use afterwards with the blanket 100$ charge it makes the prospect unattractive, which is I'm sure, the company's intent.

Personally, the technician diagnosed that a 12$ component had failed. And charged 400$ to replace it. Took the man all of 10 minutes. I tried to argue the ridiculous price and even referred to other companies’ prices for such services and he just kept saying, cost of doing business”
