To love a plumbing experience - not really love, but they did great work and Chip and the crew were all professional and nice to work with. We had sewer lines that had to be replaced which was a big job - - pavers had to be removed but they did as few as possible and were as neat as possible, too.
They also installed a recirculation pump for our tankless hot water heater which has improved our lives greatly - - worth the investment to have hot water everywhere, quickly.
Their pricing was fair and they were prompt, honest and I will call them again without hesitation.

Had a high water bill and had Everydayplumber came out to check out what was going on. Turns out it was only an intermittently running toilet. Got it fixed in no time. Always the first plumbers I call.

Everyday plumber came to my house the morning of 8/5/14. We thought our quote was going to be outrageous. However when he quoted us far under what we thought we were overjoyed. The guy that came out had great customer service skills. If I ever have to call on a plummer again I will definately call on them again.

Formally Ray Duncan plumbing and now Ray Duncan Plumbing Today. If I could give them a zero I would. We used them in the past and are being billed for work in 2018 done in 2016. We have proof we paid and are now, after two years, receiving a final notice we didn't pay. They can't do plumbing and keep their bookkeeping straight. My guess is they are totally disorganized and feel as though they are trying to see if we will pay again and make some extra money. The first call I received asked if I would like to put the payment of over $2000 on my credit card. I have proof I paid in 2016 and have emailed to them. Problem finally resolved. Do not recommend. After two years and they send us a final notice when we paid is ridiculous. Think of the people that received a notice of nonpayment and the work they would have to go through to track down payment, especially, if they switched credit cards. Very sloppy bookkeeping and poor customer service!

Highly recommended. Jimmy L. serviced our tankless water heater. He was very informative upfront, explaining what he was going to do and what the various charges would be, depending on what he found. Finished up in a short period of time, explained what he did to resolve the problem, and ran us through next steps should the problem recur. Will use them again!

Paul was our technician. Very courteous, polite, extremely knowledgeable. Educated us throughout the process of the repair. Made sure there were no lingering questions on our part. We had a a serious backup under our kitchen sink due to years of buildup, called Charles Thompson of Plumbgreat, and he literally came out that evening, ground out all the pipes clean in about 30 mins, put all the piping I tore out back in nice n tight, and now it drains perfectly!
